  Had my nostril pierced, no complaints.  $50 not sure what the going rate is, it was spur of the moment.

  This place is great! It was very clean and professional. I had my cartilage pierced here (needle) and it is healing nicely. The man piercing was very clean with all of his equipment, and was fun to talk to. He did a great job of telling me about how to properly care for my earring, and even let me have a Snapple for free to keep from fainting after the piercing. Great place! Would definitely come back here for another piercing if I wanted one in the future.

  I went here for my 5th tattoo.  I've gotten the rest of my tattoos from a great place in Syracuse (Where I'm from), so I was nervous to go somewhere else but my husband got one from there a few years back that came out great.
  When I first went in to make an appointment, they were friendly and asked if I had a preference for an artist since I had a simple tattoo that didn't take too much skill.  I didn't so they looked for who could get me in first.  I like that because in other shops for a simple tattoo anyone can do, they generally give it to a specific person they like or is up to be next in line to get a tattoo no matter when the openings are available.
  They kept the picture i provided of my tattoo and had it drawn up and ready before I got there.
  The day of my tattoo, I didn't have to wait long and since they already had my tattoo drawn up they just checked the sizing compared to the location and got to work.  I got words written on my lower side and he went fairly quickly but did well.  He went over aftercare and healing with me and gave my a pamphlet as well.
  I was very happy with his work and it healed great.  I will continue to go there as my Rochester place for tattoos.

  I went here for a number of piercings, and had a good experience every time. The piercers are all open, friendly, and very easy to talk to! They give clear and simple aftercare instructions. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing!
  
  I also went here for one of my tattoos. It was a very simple design and turned out excellent. However, the artist I had left something to be desired as far as personality goes. He didn't do anything outright wrong, I just thought he could have been a little friendlier. That's not a big deal, but it's the reason why I didn't go back for other tats.
  
  Overall, The Ultimate is a great place. I'd recommend giving it a shot! :)

  This place was great.  I went to get my septum pierced.  The woman piercing is a Registered Nurse so you know that everything is going to be clean.  She went over the procedure and even told me I don't have an ideal nose for the piercing, instead of just doing it.  She left the final decision up to me.  I decided to get it done and couldn't be happier.  It is a very professional place.  They also tattoo here.  Nothing is done out in the open, the piercer has her own room as well as each of the tattooers.  If you have a current high school or college I.D. you get a 10% discount, or at least that deal was going on when I went(it cost me $58.50).  There isn't a great deal amount of parking so if your going on a busy day parking might be hard to come by.
