    do not go here!!!!!!

my husband and i came here so he can get his koi fish colored in well the guy Vinny did his tattoo and shaded it in ALL orange! It looked terrible hedid not to do anything to contrast it.

and when we got there he was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable, this was the worst experience ever! I regret having my husband go there!

Well we went else where to get it fixed and the guy knows Vinny and we talked about him and he said that he was probablly coming off his herion fix. I was livid! To put your trust into someone and find out there doped up on herion while on the job! NOT OK!

Got my first tattoo from Mike Delarosa yesterday, the artwork was fantastic. I brought in a rough sketch and some images, and Mike blew me away with the drawing that he did for my tattoo, it was far better than I even imagined! I am definitely going back for more tattoos. I have been to several tattoo shops for previous tattoos and Mike is definitely a great artist.  I would highly recommend this shop.

I wish I could remember the guys name.

I had two tattoos done on a sunday night a few months back. Simple stuff. An animated bass guitar and a pair of eyes in a "box."

I looked at the guy's portfolio and he had done some good work. Turns out they are cash only so I left my art with him, headed to the bank and came back. When he was finished with the other person it was my turn.

I had them done on the inside of my wrist. He talked me out of getting a larger bass because of the proportions pointing out that it would no longer be on the inside but wrap around my arm too.

Let's just say I should have listened to myself. The tattoos looked good when finished but not so good when they healed.

When the scabs finally fell off, I could see things were missing from the art work.

There was a line missing from the "box". The colors aren't quite right and I figured when I returned for any touch ups I might need, he would then color in the missing white areas. He also fudged the edge of the box line a bit.

The bass doesn't have any strings. The knobs on the body aren't centered and the tuning pins were done so shitty that two of them are touching. It isn't the right color either and there are bits on the body where the color is missing.

Now this isn't my first rodeo or my first tattoo. At that point I already had 9 others so I know how to take care of the and what to expect after they heal. As well as I was perfectly still while he worked on me. My ex was an amateur tattooer as well. His tattoos are decent enough considering the simple designs I wanted and they were free but I wanted something nicer so I turned to yelp for the recommendation instead of him. Also the person who did my best tattoos at Industrial in Berkeley joined the peace corps :( I'm sure my ex would have done better AND saved me $140...

I paid $120 (not including $20 tip) for what turned out to be pretty shitty tattoos. I didn't even want to return for the free touch ups he offered before I left. It was over-priced to begin with but even more so considering how they turned out.

One tattoo is less than 1/2"x3" and the other is 1/2"x2".
