I came in to get my tragus pierced for my birthday. I was attended by Eric in the front who was very friendly and even mentiined the $5 off for checking in on yelp. thank you! he also helped me get a small hook up on the piercing which was very generous! I was then pierced by London who was very helpful with what piece of jewelry to choose. Amazing experience I will say, I did not really feel anything and was quick and he also kept me very distracted cos i was starting to get giggly from the nervous tension! haha. He also didn't want me to leave cos I was still bleeding a bit which was thoughtful! Thank you!!! I will forever come here for future piercings! (: I recommend this place and London for piercings!! thank you Eric and London!

A few months back I treated myself to my third tattoo, overall I was not satisfied.

First of all, the person at the front desk was pretty condescending, and completely inattentive. The artist that was available started working with me on drawing the tattoo, which was all good, he was pretty on point when drawing it on paper so I felt pretty confident. After he was done drawing it, another guy came over and said that although the first guy drew my tattoo, he was going to tattoo me because it was ''his turn''. I don't know if that is standard practice but I figured the guy who takes the time to work with me on drawing out the tattoo should be the guy who tattoos me. So, I insisted that I did not want this third person to work on me, at which point the front desk man came over and started hassling me.  The guy that ended up working on my tattoo seemed competent enough, everything was very clean and he has a light hand. With that said, once my tattoo healed I realized what a bad artist he is, or how little he cared about giving me a quality tattoo (he did not blend the colors anywhere, tons of places were missing color altogether, etc.).

I have planned to get a lot more work done on my arm around that tattoo, but there is no way I am going back to this place to have them finish it.  As soon as my tattoo healed I went to another shop to see if they could fix it for me, the artist at the other shop agreed that this guy's work was a mess. I am getting my tattoo fixed and completed at another shop.

As a caveat, I haven't had any services done here, but that's precisely why I feel the need to write a review.

I bought a yelp deal based on all the positive feedback I had seen about this place.  I was going in for a fairly simple tattoo, which my sister was paying for for my birthday.  I started describing it to the guy at the desk, and he had a horrible attitude.  He contradicted everything I was trying to describe, but it was clear that he wasn't really listening to me.  He talked to me like I was stupid.  He just saw a girl who didn't look edgy enough to belong in a place like that, and he was done with me the second he started talking to us.  He then quoted us a HUGELY inflated price, according to my sister, who has several tattoos and some knowledge on the subject.  Maybe he thought we looked like an easy mark.

Anyway, I guess my point is unless you know what you're getting into, don't waste your money on a yelp deal for this place like I did.
