Aware Piercing & Tattoo

This is by far the cleanest, most professional piercing and tattoo parlor that I have ever been in and this was always my go-to place during college for maintainence and additions to my piercings.  There wasn't a single staff member here who wasn't highly knowledgeable, well-trained, and all-out NICE--they were also always happy to give you really good advice on taking care of your new body art or even giving opinions on what they thought looked good or might work for you. Though Aware is a tad pricier than some of the "deals" that other, sketchier places might offer, they have high quality jewelry and sanitation processes and I've come here several times to have them fix mistakes other parlors have made.  Plus, it's a fun and funky shop! There are private rooms (nice!) and lots of cool decorations, scarves, and plants which make you feel like you're entering into a funky gypsy den--anyone can feel comfortable going in here--the vibe is definitely laid back and welcoming.  The only thing that is stinky is the parking--there's a small lot behind the shop, but it's probably easier just to park on the street and walk over--you'll be glad you did!
