Balboa Tattoo

We had friends visiting from Spokane for my wife's birthday and was in Newport for the day. Decided that all four of us would get a tattoo. Jessica was the only artist working at the time and worked us all in staying late to finish up. We all were very pleased with our tattoos and highly recommend Jessica.

Great experience here! I was referred to Rick by my best friend, who took me here to get us matching tats. The shop is cute, well decorated, and extremely tidy. The whole process from start to finish was super easy and Rick's laid back but professional demeanor makes you feel like you could be getting ink in your own home. The tats came out great and even better, he doesn't waste your time. With other places, that could mean a hastily done job...here it means quality tattooing done by someone who loves what they do and wants you to love the end result.

I have been tattoo'd by Tiny (Rick) for years, he has done 80% of my ink. I can't tell you how many people stop me or comment on how beautiful my work is, they can't believe how bright my color is!
