Newport Permanent Makeup

Debbie was awesome!  I'm very happy with my brows and I get nothing but compliments (and astonishment) when I tell folks my brows are actually permanent makeup.  I would recommend Debbie to anyone!

I also did my research before coming here.  When I called, they scheduled me with Christie (not Debbie).  I was a little worried at first, but Debbie was there when I came in and she said that Christie was the ONLY person she trusted her clients with.  So, I felt pretty confident.  That is until she actually did my eyebrows.  Let me start by saying that I LOVE them.  However, I was a little horrified leaving the office after having them done.  I was hoping and praying that my eyebrows would look nothing like they looked when I left.  Christie promised me that they would "shrink" and that the color would also fade significantly.  My husband looked at me when I got home and said "They look great honey.  Are they going to stay that dark?"  He was scared to say anything negative.  But I knew exactly how they looked.  They looked ridiculous.  But, over the magical seven day period of healing, they actually shrunk and the color faded by about 40%.  When I went back for my touch up, I actually asked Christie to make the ends a little thicker.  She did an amazing job and I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows.  Lips are in the back of my mind now......

I really didn't think permanent makeup was something I wanted to do.  The only ones I've seen with it done were the lovely nail technicians at the nail shop.  I noticed some would have grayish blue eyebrows and eyeliner.  That's not the look I wanted.  I am so glad I searched the web for the best in permanent makeup and found Debbie Miller!!!  She is very professional and easy to talk to.  I showed up early for my consultation and asked the receptionist if I could view some before and after pictures.  All of the pictures looked amazing!  
Debbie did my eyebrows and I am very happy with the results!  It looks so natural and the procedure was painless.  She is AMAZING!!!
