Since this is the first place I ever got my brows done, I have no basis for comparison. Sorry! But from what I can see, they do a nice job - the people who have done my brows are prompt and experienced. My first time here, the woman who did my brows was really unfocused - she kept gossiping with another employee, but still got the job done in approximately 10 minutes, maybe less. My brows ended up being even, cleaned up & a major improvement from before. My second time, the girl was a lot more professional, and I still ended up with good results. So I guess despite customer service, good or bad, their skills can't be refuted.
Review Source:I love this place. I had a new girl do my eyebrows and I'm usually skeptical of this. Â I usually have an older indian woman do them but she wasn't in but this girl was awesome. Â She explained to me what was going on with my eyebrows and how they grow uneven and she made them even and cleaned them up nicely.
Review Source:Having come to appreciate getting my brows threaded on occasion at the mall, I figured it would be worth a try here when I moved out to Ann Arbor. Â The first time I went, several months ago, I went home with lopsided eyebrows that made it look like I was constantly raising one eyebrow. Â While that's funny for a few minutes, it's definitely not what you want to look like on a daily basis.
Understanding that mistakes can happen and willing to give a second chance, I went again last weekend. Â It was definitely the fastest I've ever had my eyebrows threaded... Â But that's not necessarily a good thing. Â The skin around my brows is fairly sensitive I guess, so it's usually red for an hour or so afterwards. Â This time, it was still red and puffy the next day, and I had several red bumps, which has never happened before.
I might go back just because the location is convenient, but threading is something I can do without, and I'd much rather find somewhere to go where I can get better results...
