Depot Town Tattoo

The artists here are amazing, but whoever is running the desk is special needs. I have yet to make an appointment without something getting screwed up; the day, the time, or how much time is needed, and messages left on the even present voicemail are neither returned nor acknowledged. It's super frustrating and overshadows the great work coming out of this shop.

Customer service complaints & one star reviews are BS on here.  I have news, this isn't Walmart, its a business where a bunch of artists are working.  Who is going to look at great art and get turned off because of the counter service? People who probably wouldn't appreciate Depot Town.

Got tattooed there last April. Went in as a walk in with my own incredibly simple traditional design. I never filled out any paper work or signed anything which I thought was odd considering Ive had to do it for all my other tattoos. I don't remember the artist's name that tattooed me but he was incredibly rude and tattooed as if I was an inconvenience. Some lines on my tattoo go outside the design and while he rushed my shading, he went outside the outline, leaving me with flecks of black around my tattoo.

Just surprised by the attitude and quality of work from such a highly recommended tattoo shop. Also, $80 for a relatively small tattoo featuring black and one color seems a little pricey.
