Cecil is the most professional Tattoo artist I have ever met. You can make an appointment through his web site. He will have you come in for a consultation, and if you want to make an appointment(which it tends to take a while to get in) you give a deposit to make one. When you come in he is a true artist. He uses vibrant colors, and he sets up an easel with the picture of what he is tattooing on you, as well as a very detailed stencil on your skin, that he sketches out. The tattoo may be pricy, but it's forever. I actually saw his work on Facebook and then decided I had to think of something to get because I wanted his art on me! I got a beautiful peacock! His fiancé Ashley assists him and she is also wonderful. She took care of me while I got tattooed and even grabbed me a beer! She schedules him and is a sweet heart and really makes you feel comfortable! And his studio is private and he only does one client a day so you get a great experience.
