Avoid the big surly piercer guy with no tattoos or piercings! Â Me, my cousin, and my niece all had to go back a 2nd time to fix our nose piercings because he cut the studs too short. Â They were digging into our noses and not healing properly.
Barry was awesome, friendly, polite, and fixed them with no pain. Â Barry rocks!
I was looking for a piercer to change out my trustee navel ring with PTFE pregnancy jewelry. I bought a highly rated piece and found that it is recommended that the shaft be autoclaved and the piercing changed by a pro. ChiTown said they couldn't use my new jewelry, but also didn't carry PTFE (or any) flexible navel jewelry that I could buy, so I'm out of luck. Two stars because the girl who answered the phone seemed nice; I was on hold for several minutes, so I'm assuming she really tried to find something pregnancy friendly.
Review Source:I got a nose piercing back in November 2011. They were very nice to me when I came in and I came in without an appointment and they took me very quickly. He brought me over to the chair and started cleaning the inside and outside of my nose. I touched it barely to itch and it went back to his supplies and cleaned it again! He was very thorough and kept me at ease. He let me pick a colored stud and I chose red. It was super affordable and the staff was just so nice. I'll be coming back for a possible another piercing or for my first tattoo, can't decide yet!
