Just going on customer service alone: this place sucked. Visited 3 times over a week period and was only able to talk to some one once. The other two times we waited for 30minutes with nothing more than a "hello," It's  as if they didn't want my money. Maybe we were treated like ghosts because we had our son, but mommies and daddies need ink too!

On another note, I listened to an artist try to down sell a tattoo, telling a woman who wanted a half sleeve, that her design would take too long. After she acknowledged that she was fine doing multiple sittings he continued to tell her that it was going to "take a while".  It was a memorial tattoo for her sister who had passed..... It didn't seem to master if it took a year! She just wanted the DAMN tattoo and the dude keep talking about the amount of time it would take. I get that it is a lot of work, but if you're not down for the job- don't try to change the customer's design.

I live in the area an this is my go to shop for piercings! Cody is beyond amazing he is very informative and all around just makes you feel extremely comfortable and welcome...the shop is clean an has a nice open feeling. All the tattoo artist are very skilled and can take your idea to the next level. I would recommend this shop to everyone :)

When I lived in Seaside Creative visions was my place to go. I have had a handful of piercings done there and 2 of my 3 tattoos done. Cody the piercer was always a crack up and really awesome guy to talk to. My tattoo guy was Ross and honestly for me being a first time tattoo recipient he made my experience so awesome. My first tattoo with him was the Avenged Sevenfold logo (Deathbat) across my shoulders....yes you can laugh now but I have been a fan of the band since I was nine and I got the tattoo when I was 18. The tat has amazing detail and to this day I still get compliments. My second tattoo was a little more then a year later, I wanted the two flags of my parents nationalites below my Deathbat. First one was the flag of Norway and once again Ross nailed it. Since those 2 tats I moved to back to my home town of San Diego but I plan on going back up to finish my back with Ross.
