  I called to ask some questions and, the first time I called it rang 20 times and no one answered. When I called the second time, a girl answered and was less than helpful. She told me that, in order to make an appointment I would have to go to their shop to make an appointment, they don't do appointments over the phone. WTF? I will find somewhere else that is more helpful. I don't want to have them be that rude to me while I am getting my first tattoo with my daughter on her 18th birthday!

  Get my lip re-pierced by Sincere after several failed attempts at a straight snake bite (this was the 5th time this side was pierced). He was very honest and warned me that it may slide into the scar tissue and still be crooked, and that I shouldn't try again if that was the case. He precisely measured the spacing, and was dead on (sadly it DID move, and because I couldn't stand the side of uneven snakebites I eventually removed one piercing). He was very fast and smooth and it was the most painless piercing I've had done.
  
  Although I am more of an ink girl and not so much of a piercing kind of person, any other piercings from here on out I will go see him first.

  I would like to share how wonderful Sincere (Piercer) is.  He is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle.  I have gotten several piercings in the last few months and he did a great job and he educates you on aftercare and what can and cannot be pierced.  The whole staff is very friendly and the facility is nice.  They also have a huge selection of piercing jewelry.

  I got a tatoo when i was 21. And due to the pain of that tattoo (which remains unfinished...i could only sit through the outline) i decided that tattoos are not my thing.
  
  For a reason i will not dive into, 14 years later i was driven to get another tattoo and made an appointment with melinda. My experience with Melinda as my tattoo artist, I'm afraid, may actually make me one of those people who is addicted to the art. It just did not hurt in the same excrutiating way that i remember. She is knowledgable, a straight shooter, and I dare say, the best damn tattoo artist in the region. In other words I HIGHLY recommend her.

  Great staff, clean workplace, and the artists care about what they do. Ask for melinda, she looks wild, but the best there is, and passionate about her work.
