This is a double thumbs down for Yelp reviewers and William Thidemann:

Miranda writes she has removed my review "because it lacks firsthand customer experience at this business."  I WAS THE PAYING CUSTOMER.  Booooo on Yelp.  Booo on Miranda.  Boo on William for shoddy work, then still trying to nickle and dime me for time not spent on this piece (how much was it, Bill?  Over $2k, not quite 3 after tips you should have never gotten).  Here's Miranda's response and my review which has been removed.  I expect when Yelp contacts me next about this, you'll either re-post my original review, or give me an email address / phone number I can use to contact you to tell you "in person" my review shouldn't have been taken down - IT IS LEGITIMATE from a paying customer.

WOULD YOU WANT LIMO SERVICE FROM AN ALCOHOLIC?

I found William Thidemann at Th'Ink Tank, researched him & found he did great work. I set up an appointment (LONG wait), and in 3 months, Kaze notified me he moved there, and did I want to keep my appointment. I got a great feeling from William, and was impressed with the beginning of the tat, though it cost real money. A couple of sessions, William swore he started earlier than he did. Also, though he claimed from the get go he only charges while he's inking, he'd take smoke breaks & the end price was often inflated. 5 sessions later, he effed up bad & claims it's exactly what I asked for. Art being subjective, it's hard to say what's good. The black "clouds" were his suggestion though, are complete slop that don't resemble clouds, and I'm sure the only fix is to have them completely removed. The rest of the large tat is hit & miss, & will probably never be finished. I'd been dreaming of a work of art on my body, & now I'm embarrassed to even mention it.

My suggestion: Check out the reviews. Go somewhere else. If you INSIST on using Mr. Thidemann, do your best to ensure he's not smoking while doing your work, prescription or not.

I am going back for more today, so I will have more pics on my progress there, and I l tell you if you like art and tattoo's, or just one or the other,  I will have more pics of my tattoo progress and any new art up! YAY!! Arm is done, and pic is up! Did I mention that Kaze Gallery also holds yoga on Tuesday mornings! I love this place! Oh and William T. RULES!!!
