Thick As Thieves

Incredibly honest and upfront. These artists are insanely detailed and professional. Mike Pinto is a mad scientist. He's covering my half-sleeve with a full. A true artist. He came up with a design that I am so happy with. He is free-handing a bio-mech full sleeve.

The support staff is constantly working hard to make the place amazing. When they're not taking appointments, they're cleaning, helping waiting customers, or helping the artists with supporting tasks to keep them productive. Generous with great personalities.

The only downside of this is the number of people who stop me in restaurants and the market to see my tattoo. It's a style I very rarely see, and it's incredibly well-done. I just can't stop looking at it. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

Since April, I have spent about 20 hours working on a sleeve with Scott Ferguson at Thick As Thieves.  Though the sleeve process is an arduous one, and it will be a while before it is complete, I am more than pleased with the work on it so far.  I have a good time at the shop, which can't be said for all tattoo locations.  I respect the artists opinions as they have been tattooing for longer than I have been employed.  I feel fortunate to have been referred to Thick As Thieves, and plan to write updates as I get closer to completion.

I've had work done by the owner - and I would return for more if only I lived closer!!!  

He's personable, talented, reasonable rates (and by reasonable rates, I mean affordable for the work you get), and most importantly - sterile.

They don't have an updated website, however their myspace is active and loaded with photos.  

The artists DO travel to tattoo conventions so if you cannot afford to fly out to Colorado then you can see them there. The myspace pages will give you their schedules.

All in all, I would go to this shop for quite a bit of work.  The experience I've had with Mike Pinto has been outstanding.
