I got my very first tattoo from this place last week and I had the honor to had it done by Bobby the owner of this tattoo shop. He did an excellent job exactly how I wanted the design to look to cover up my scar. Before he started he explained to me everything how it's gonna be done, his stories kept my mind off the pain & anxiety. He's very nice & professional.The shop is really clean, with individual rooms for privacy of customers.
Review Source:I came in a couple weeks back (spur of the moment walk in) on my birthday to get tatted for the first time. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing but Bobby was really helpful and thorough and helped me get the exact tattoo i had envisioned! I got a tribal sun with words "the sun is always rising somewhere" around it on my upper middle back, just below my neck. The work turned out super clean and the shading is really nice! Plus bobby is a chill guy who made my first tat experience a really positive one and hes just fun to talk to which was great. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Its reasonably priced and they do amazing work! super talented people!

After all these years of talking about getting a tattoo I finally took the leap. Â Anthony designed my first tattoo and needless to say, created a masterpiece. Â Since then, I have had two more designed by Bobby and I love them. Â They are professional, considerate and are very talented as artists. Review Source:Okay. I don't normally write yelp reviews. But I had to write this. GREAT group of men. Emailed them this afternoon and sure enough a couple hours later I was sitting down getting a tattoo. They are very patient. I initially told them I wanted something different when I arrived I changed my mind. They didnt seem to care at all. Tony was was my tattoo-ist. He let me look through a bunch of fonts and decide which one i wanted. He talked to us the whole time. The owner I think his name is bobby- was a character. He was so nice and funny. Made me feel so comfortable. Tony explained my after care instructions wonderfully. I reccomend this place to anyone looking to get an awesome tattoo. Very talented set of guys. I WILL BE BACK for my next tattoo, in fact I will be back for all my tattoos. Thank you guys!!!
Review Source:Once again Tony worked his magic with my tattoo. Â A year ago I went in and had a very sentimental tattoo done in honor of my grandmothers. Â He drew freehanded a replica of my grandmothers cross on my foot and tied it all together with two beautiful roses around my ankle.
Last night I went in and had 2 hearts put on the inside of my wrist and once again I trusted him to help me make the decision and he did an amazing job with them. Â
I would recommend Tony to anyone who has had work done before or anyone thinking about getting their first tattoo. Â He's deligent in making your time with him easy and your left with a good memory and a friend. Â
The shop itself is great, loved the decor, the music and its cleanliness. Â Everyone was very nice and helpful. Â I really like the fact that Tony had a cubicle as did the other artist in the shop. Â I like the idea of privacy while getting something done.

Checked out a couple of tattoo places nearby and decided to try Dogfather as had heard good reviews. Consulted with Tony and looked at his work - it was just what I wanted in a tattoo artist. The store is clean and comfortable. The staff, Tony and Bobby made me feel special! Â The day of my tattoo finally came and it was a wonderful experience. I was involved from start to finish and the work was excellent. I have already recommended Dogfathers to a friend who was admiring my tattoo and wanted to know where I got it! So hopefully, Tony, I got you another customer!

Tony is awesome!! I came to this place on a recommendation from a friend and I was pleasantly surprised! The place is very clean and organized and my artist tony was very easy to work with. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted by doing a thorough consultation and he is also very "question-friendly" as he put it (I haven't always had this experience at tattoo shops....). He did a beautiful tattoo on me that is just my style and he also touched up an old tattoo I had and brought it back to life. Tony is definitely my new guy and I'll be back soon!

Review Source:Dogfather is a great tattoo shop. The guys make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I have no complaints Bobby and Tony have all aspects of tattoos covered. I would recommend them to everyone that asks ! compared to other local shops they are fairly priced and not overly cocky the vibe is comfortable and lovely.. They don't need a billboard or 3 grandopenings to prove themselves the proof is in the pudding better yet the proof is on the skin of all of the customers that come into the shop. I am and will  be a long time loyal customer!

When you walk into the Dogfather you feel welcome and at ease immediately. Some tattoo shops that I've been to are intimidating to walk into. Not the Dogfather, they welcome you with a smile and ease any anxiety you might have about getting a tattoo. I now have two tattoos from Bobby the owner, and I can honestly say as long as he's tattooing I will never get another tattoo from anyone else. The professionalism and talent that comes from this business is something every tattoo shop should emulate. I recommend The Dogfather to anyone looking to get some quality ink. Bobby has an amazing eye for what's going to look good on your body. He will be honest and let you know if he feels what you're choosing to put on a part of your body will work for that location or not. He's not out to just put anything anywhere. It may be your choice in a tattoo but it's his artwork, his name that will be on display and he's not going to let you get a crappy tattoo or get a good tattoo and put it in a crappy spot. But he also respects your choice if you choose to not take his suggestion. Those are qualities of a great tattoo artist. Not someone out to make a buck but someone wanting to put out great artwork. And that's exactly what you get every time from The Dogfather Tattoo company. I can't wait till my next appointment!
Review Source:Very bad business men. There people skills are poor. I was treated very poorly and was yelled at by Bobby. Very mean man. I went for my appointment that was scheduled with Tony. my time slot was 5 hours and apparently he cant draw up a flower in that time frame. I have had many tattoos and never in my life have I been treated so poorly by any artist. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to this place. very poor business skills and all in all they are a bunch of A- - holes. they dont desrve even one star
Review Source:I'm in LOVE! It's new, cute, clean and randomly totally Niles. I think this is just what Fremont needed. Especially Niles. I went in over Labor day weekend with a girlfriend of mine to get matching tats (I know how lame) but they came out perfect!! Tony is the man! I can't speak highly enough about this place. He was very confident and if he was on tattoo master he'd win the straight line contest ;) I can't wait to come back and get another one. You'll see me soon and often!

I give this place 5 stars, yes it just opened but I have 4 tattoos to prove that Tony is one of the best tattoo artist out there today. Â I am thankful to have met him and excited to know he will be the one doing more tats on me till I go broke! ha! Â I have not had the pleasure of getting a tattoo by Bobby (The owner) but I have seen his work and its awesome! Â I have to say both of Tony and Bobby are really great guys. Â I have been in a lot of tattoo shops over the years and this one is by far the friendliest most welcoming place. Â
