A few years back when I was 18, I got my belly button pierced the same day my friend got her tongue pierced. Although they did a good job of my piercing, I had to wait longer than I should have. They also paid me no attention afterwards, and I almost had to bug them to pay for my piercing. I literally could have walked out of there without paying because of their lack of attention.

Now almost 3 years later, I want a tattoo, and although I remember how they treated me at 18, I went because their prices are fairly low and everyone recommends them. When I got there to plan a design with someone, I was immediately seen and the artist was very polite to me and made an appointment the next day. He never made the design, he never sent me e-mails of his work, and to top it all off HE was the one who cancelled on ME. This place is very unprofessional and I decided to take my money elsewhere.
