  Heart N Soul Tattoo is a rare find in the Texas tattoo world.  
  
  Zoey, tattoo artist and owner, really knows how to LISTEN and customize a tattoo to what you really want.  And, she customizes the piece to your body shape, which makes for a beautiful effect.
  
  I made my husband try her out first, because I am a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness.  AND, I have to say that Zoey was extremely clean and very laid back.  
  
  I am working on two half arm sleeves and couldn't be happier.  If you have an idea just shoot it over to her, she loves doing tattoos out of the ordinary.
  
  Zoey is back and forth to her other tattoo shop in Cali, so you have to call and book while she's in town.
  
  It is a little bit of a drive for me, but it is worth the trip!
