The office staff was friendly, & for my 1st visit, I didn't have to fill out a lot of forms. I only waited about 15 minutes & Dr. Krause was friendly, thorough & efficient.   I was very pleased.

40 minute wait times PAST my appointment times are insane and insulting. If I make the effort to be on time, the doctor should as well. It's called professionalism.

All in I waited for over an hour for an appointment that Dr. Krause gave about 5 minutes to. There was NO EXAM of my skin, which really is what I thought a dermatologist was for. Instead I got 5 minutes of condescension directed at me, some back biting comments about the sort of soap I use, and I recommendation to use lye based products. 1950 called, your advice is out of date. Then, to top it all off, I felt rushed out the door, and paid $69 for the honor of waiting around. Not going back there again.
