  Kind of a "kick back and take it as it comes" attitude where they do things on their time table and not yours.  
  
  Told them Saturday I wanted to come in on Sunday for consult and work (artist just started sleeve so I knew it was a no go for saturday).  Told they would be good.
  
  Came back Sunday right when they opened and told there was an appointment at 1pm so I can not be done until mid afternoon and he would call me when he was able to do my tat.  Got a missed call from the shop at 8:47pm (they close at 9pm)....
  
  Had two sleeves planned out and was ready to get it all going.  Off to another, more respectful shop now.
