Not pleased. I have been on two occasions, one for a piercing and one for a friends tattoo.
As far as the people, they're very nice although not thorough with their information.
I got my belly button pierced and it didn't hurt at all, and they had jewelry that I liked, but unfortunately it got infected multiple times (I have other piercings and know proper after care). And once it finally healed and swelling went down, the placement was very off and now I have an ugly scar (two, one from each end) BOTH about my belly button.
As for the tattoo experience, we called ahead and they gave us a price it would be, which we found reasonable, so we went in. We had told them exactly what we wanted and were upset because they didn't have the things they needed to make sure that the tattoo would come out perfect (got a black light tattoo and thy didn't even have a black light flashlight to check their work....it ended up being lopsided once it healed!!!) they also asked for 20$ more than the original price they told us.
I do NOT recommend this shop. Sorry
Wow, I called in right before they closed, the most helpful gentleman (Marv) took such good care of me. Â He provided me with so much information regarding a very sensitive piercing, even though I did not get it done there. Â
It was a very urgent time that I need an answer, and this is the only shop in the whole valley with excellent service! Â I wish I can contacted him earlier. Way to save the day! Thank you!
Fantastic shop! Great people with a perfect eye for art and great attitudes! Marco's talent is unmatched! He lays fantastic color and has amazing designs, composition and technique! Every artist in this shop is approachable and fun! Shops clean and neat and well..these people are legit. Your body is a blank canvas...go get inked! =)

Â I wasn't exactly sure on the coloring of the new tattoo I was going to get and I left everything up to him for the final design. It came out amazing and I couldn't be any happier. Â I am already working on the new design for my shoulder cap that I want to get done next!! Â

Marco's artwork is nothing short of amazing, and he's a totally chill guy. Â We worked out my design via email ahead of time--and, satisfied with the final draft, we set an appointment.
We did a fairly large and detailed piece on my arm, and Marco managed to knock it out in one six-hour session. Â What can I say other than it looks absolutely fabulous, and I couldn't possibly be happier with the finished product. Â Marco is definitely my go-to guy here in the SFV the next time I get inked (which will be soon).
I have been going to Kustom Kulture Tattoo for awhile. Marco is 1 of the most talented artist that I know. Marco is one of the coolest and kick back guy. He has never been disrespectful to me or any of my friends. Great Priced and always clean work. I have nothing bad to say about the shop. He has done alot of my work. Full leg and full chest and still going to do more. I will always tell people to go to him and the shop. The Nicest thing is that they are a 1 off shop. Everything is Custom always 1 off the are not a normal shop with a bunch of little pictures all over the wall's oh, and Marv has Pierced me and tabby has done 1 piece of work on my arm. They are a great group and Great shop.
Review Source:I signed up for yelp today solely because of the experience I just had, so that's saying a lot. I also tried to email this shop detailing my complaint, but their email address does not even work. Shocker.
I walked into this shop around noon today as I pass it often and have never been in. The shop was empty except for the employees who seemed to be in some sort of a pow wow. Anyway, I smiled and said hello and was greeted with an immediate interruption of "You got a question?!" by the person leading the pow wow, a very large partially bearded, caucasion man (I use the description as I did not get his name. Why would I even ask when me just walking into his empty business was a huge nuisance for him?) in a very gruff  and annoyed tone. I then told them what I was there for and could it be done (my wrist is very small) etc and he kept cutting me off making sarcastic comments, followed by rude rhetorical questions. My request was simple and I remained friendly yet he started and ended with rudeness and hostility. Now, I know tatt shops are not your typical shop, they are not a spa or a nail shop, so there is a different feel to them, and they vary from shop to shop, BUT rudeness is never okay in any business where you are dealing with the public (your CUSTOMERS!) period. I have 6 other tatts, from 3 different shops and have never been treated this way. It is cold out today so I am covered from feet to wrists, therefore none of my tatts are visible. Had they been, would I have been treated differently? Regardless, customers should never ever be treated with such abhorrent behaviour. So, it is back to Zulu Tattoo I go, where the artists are EXTREMELY talented and always cool. I'd rather pay big money and have to drive a bit further for a pleasant experience when getting something that has meaning to me and will be on my body for life, than give a new shop a chance and be faced with some big caucasion guy's sour attitude. Sucks to be him. No wonder everytime I pass by the shop is empty.
Had my ears pierced here by Big Marv. He was awesome and didn't make me feel nervous at all. I bled quite a bit, which I didn't expect and was totally embarrassed about, but he just made me laugh by cracking random jokes.
For $20 including the earrings this place is affordable and I would recommend it.
As for tattoos I can't say anything, but if my friends get any work done here, I'll be sure to update!
This place Rocks.  As a conservative mom, I personally don't have any tattoos, but there is only one 1 person that i would ever allow to give my son his tattoos, and that is Marco.  My son now has 2 and is working on a leg sleeve.  I am completely 150% impressed with every aspect of this shop and Marco.  Maybe one day if I am convinced  to get a tattoo, If it is not Marco doing it then it won't happen

They specialize in custom drawn artwork, specially drawing each piece for every client, which means you don't see a bunch of flash work on the walls when you walk in and don't worry that someone down the street is getting the same tatto as you. Both the artists are extremely talented and you can tell everyone gets along really well, like a little tattoo family. If you bring a friend to hang out while getting work done they have T.V. and Xbox in the lounge area. I have gotten 4 tattoos from Kustum Kulture all from Will. The colors are vibrant and solid. The pieces unique. And he offers one free touch up within the first 6 months. Â A+++++++
Review Source:I've been tattooed there and both artists are great. My tat was done by Marco and I plan to go back. They are usually open on holidays and Will retouched my friend while we waited; a night and day transformation.
Amazing work while quick, professional and reasonably priced. Its a new shop yet the artists are experienced, talented, creative and personable.
The shop is clean and well maintained just read the sign. No Credit Cards yet! & beware they just might hold your first born for ransom...Nah just teasing. =D
