Terrible Customer Service. I am livid with my experience today at the Long Island City  location.  Before traveling overseas to tattoo, I purchased 2 boxes of disposable tubes, (50 tubes per box). Along with a bunch of other supplies.  When I arrived at my destination I realized they were not even the correct tubes. I had asked for soft touch disposable, I was given hard plastic which I wouldn't mind however these tubes are horrible. They didn't fit my machines and the ink did not flow down the tube tip properly.  I have used both the soft touch disposables and the metal tips and both work fairly ok. However, I was forced to use what I had. I decided to go and return the rest of what I did not use and when I arrived at the LIC location I was told that they could not switch them out for what I originally asked for and paid for. After several minutes of arguing about the substandard quality of these tubes I was finally offered a trade. They wanted the 80 tubes I did not use ( forced to use about 20 on my trip ) for a box of 25 tubes. (the ones they were supposed to initially give me) I thought that this offer was insulting as well as unfair.  The boxes of tubes that I have bought were not broken, wet, or in bad condition, they simply suck.  They were brand new individually packaged and sealed and would not expire till 2017!!!  They could have easily been swapped out for what I originally paid for and did not get. I feel that in this competitive industry customer service and product quality is a must!  I feel that I received neither. Will definitely NOT be supporting Mithra any longer nor will the other artists at my shop.
Review Source:I am extremely disappointed with this company, after countless calls trying to rectify a situation (that was their error in the first place) i am left with less money, 2 days sitting around waiting for my order, and frustrated beyond belief at the complete lack of customer service skills that "Chrissy" possesses.
My order that was supposed to arrive Thursday 9/16 but now i am stuck waiting until MONDAY 9/21 because of a simple administrative error when they were inputting my order.
This is not only costing me time but $$ as well, not only did they charge an extra $11 to 're input' the order, I am losing approx. $3k for the weekend in tattoos that were supposed to be done on Sunday.
Not only this, Chrissy proceeded to ask if i wanted her to bring my supplies to New York herself and when i asked if that was the way they normally spoke to paying customers she said "Only the bad ones" ?!?!!?
This is absolutely unacceptable and I will NOT be ordering from them in the future.
