Only Skin Deep-Tattooing

OMG!!!!  I went to Rick because I wanted a hummingbird as an add on to some pink flowers on my shoulder. First of all I told him I wanted the colors to match my pink flowers. The hummingbird turned out to be dark blue bright yellow dark green and red.  What was he thinking????  To top it all off the bird looks mean. these dark colors cannot be removed so I gotta change the color of the flowers now which is not cool. Myself and several people I've talked to said they won't go back because he's a minister and preaches. His church believes tatts are a sin so isn't he a hypocrit for inking people??  I am now going to Ann at Allied Ink and she is awesome!!
To top all this off he told me he was giving a discount but I got a lot of work from ann at allied for 1/2 of what he charged me and now it looks a hell of a lot better

The place is not clean. He even blew his nose with his gloves and continued tattooing me. Isnt that a health code violation? and using a fabric cheap and old desk chair for clients that can't be sterilized??

One word: Rude. Turn away immediately and go to a tattoo artist who will treat you with respect because this man must be going through his end of life crisis, powerful rude.

Right when I walked into this 60s nostalgia shop, I felt like my business wasn't wanted, maybe because I wasn't "tattoo savvy" or something about me turned him off so. Must have been my good looks outwitting his charm. He might be good at what he does, but that comes to picking and choosing who he wants to give his business to, and that's a lottery I don't have the time to be apart of.

It's just drawing & coloring within the lines, and there are a lot of young and up n coming artists who do it just as good as this guy.

I have known Mr. Bordeaux for quite some time. His artwork is spectacular! Outside of his shop he has the sentence "I have tattooed your father and mother..." and I can actually say he has. My father has a wonderful bobcat on his forearm that springs to life with its vibrant color and detail.  Not only does he conduct himself professionally, but he is a wonderful person to be around. I would suggest this place to anyone that wants higher quality work.
