Piercing Pagoda

I have gotten my ears pierced at Claire's in the past, but I didn't want a teenager to be piercing my ears so I came here to re-pierce one of my ears. Best decision I've made!

Pros:
- I got a decent pair of shiny earrings for $27.99+tax to wear for 6 weeks before changing it.
- They included the cleaning solution bottle also

Cons:
- none that I can complain about.

Two weeks ago, I came to Serramonte on a spontaneous trip to get my friend's daughter's ears pierced. We were a bit skeptical at first because the woman working looked really young, but we just had to trust her. There happened to be a good amount of customers while we were there, so it took awhile for my friend & her daughter to get in the chair. The woman was really nice & didn't mind the paparazzi during the piercing. The baby's newly pierced ears are good (2 weeks later), so let's hope they continue to stay that way! :)

DO YOU HAVE BALLS FOR MY TONGUE?

The ball of my tongue piercing popped off and I was not the area where i usually buy things to maintain my piercing. I had called around in the neighborhood of places that would sell the balls for the tips of the bar-bell and was fortunate they had some. And they had different designs too! And they fit my bar-bell, there are places where they dont have balls that would fit.

However, negative two stars for the lack of great customer service. I was standing behind the counter trying to make a 2 minute transaction but the guy on floor couldn't multi-task and was doing one simple thing at a time. he was lucky, there were no balls holding my piercing which reclined any out lashing of rudeness rolling off of my tongue. I just want to tell the guy its okay to multi-task. But when i was helped, he was a nice guy.

Will I be back? NO. i only came here on a fly to do a quick band-aid fix on the problem
