This is just for vap users! Selection sux, service was not great nor were they informational about their own products. They couldn't even figure out how to get the vape I bought to work after spending $60. I'm going back to flavor vapor off mockingbird. Their rock stars compared to puff and stuff.
Review Source:This is specifically for their e-cig/vape products so disregard if you're not coming here for that. They have an excellent selection for 1st time buyers, but their inventory dramatically changes every few weeks. For example, you'll buy an atomizer, they'll tell you this is their best/main one they carry, then a week later they'll look at you like, "what the fuck is that shit?" Also, they're big on up-selling so you may walk out with an e-cig that looks like the Terminator's man-parts and have strangers wondering if you're puffing on a vibrator, so beware.

This place is the Crate and Barrel of smoking accessories. It's big, brightly lit, and well-staffed. Everyone who works here seems to be enjoying themselves, and staff turnover is low.
Music is appropriate and the store is always immaculate.
The selection is enormous, although seemingly focused on high-dollar custom glass, which is like poetry (in the sense that it's probably of more value to the creator than anyone else). Get ahold of one of the sales guys and you'll be treated to an education on whatever you're asking about. Whoever does the hiring over there is making the right choices.
Prices are high, and there's a lot of rules about what you can and can't say out loud, but this is TX, not CA. The operators are taking a risk just owning a business like this, and most of their policies are geared towards limiting their legal exposure.
I take all my out-of-town guests here, and you should too. An East Dallas staple, puff n stuff is also a retail landmark. You can use it like a convenience store for beer, tobacco and e-liquid. You can come here to buy adult novelties (although I would suggest for privacy's sake and selection, you do that on the web). Or you can come to gawk at a $1500 glass waterpipe that looks like one of the Simpsons.
No matter what, you're going to spend about twice as long as you planned.
Bought a water pipe from these guys on a Wed. night, visiting my girl in Dallas. We go to fill it up and the glass is defective, there's a hole in the chamber next to the inlet that just dumps water out.
I go back on Saturday to get an exchange. They tell me, Sorry, if you'd brought it back the next day we could do something, but it's too late now.
What? I ask. Here's the receipt, your product is defective. Please exchange it, at the very least.
Lemme take a look in the back, he says, and takes it back. Next thing I know a manager is up front. Sorry dude, we aren't taking anything back.
I don't want you to take it back! I want an exchange for defective purchase!
Sorry, dude, it's been used.
WHAT?! I ask. IT CAN'T BE USED! IT DOESN'T HOLD WATER!
Sorry, bro, smell it.
I smell it. They've splashed bong water into it.
Get outta here with that used pipe man.
DUDE.... talk about a phat contact high! This was the cleanest "head shop" I've ever seen! I feel like I walked into the WAY back machine for this visit to the puff n stuff. Cool pierced and tattoo'd people littered the joint bringing me back to when I was young and cool. They have a serious selection of EVERYTHING!!
I was disappointed that they didn't have any repair items for hookahs...
I'd recommend anyone check this hip, cool place out for anything you can imagine... its a one stop shop for sure!
Only the best smoke shop in Dallas! Â
OK, I'm probably a little biased because I worked there for 2 years and know the owners. Â But that was years ago, and I still remember the place fondly. Â
Anyway, biggest best selection in Dallas.  Super-cheap prices.  I'm living in Austin now, and still can't find a smoke shop that can touch this place.  You'd think Austin would have Dallas beat on something like that, but not while Puff N Stuff  still stands. Â
Even if you live in North Dallas, its still fun to come downtown just to oooh and aaah at all the cool stuff they have there. Â You won't find stuff like that at Retro or Gas Pipe. Â I make it a point to visit and buy something every time I'm in Dallas. Â
Basically, a trip to Puff N Stuff is a really fun experience! Â And its right next to Lower Greenville, so its actually pretty convenient to stop in there before you hit the bar/club.
Wow what a place! The bf suggested that we pop in here after a meal at The Angry Dog. I expected it to be the same old nag champa filled, stoner employed, pipe shop. It wasn't.
They have all kinds of pipes here. I'm talking arty shit that costs 6,000 dollars. The kind of thing that I can't imagine anyone actually smoking out of because its so unique. Matt informed me that this was known as collector pipes and a lot of glass blowers want to have them in their collections. They were cool to look at. They also had all the regular glass you'd see in a place like the Gas Pipe.
Since I am not a smoker of anything I was more interested in the graffiti and jewelry sections. This is the only place in Dallas that I have seen sell Montana paint. They also sold refillable Krink pens. They were priced at about what I would find then for on the internet.
I picked up a pair of 4g earrings from their jewelry case. They had some cute stuff.
Other things you can get at Puff N Stuff:
Bongs
5 dollar crack pipe
potato chips
cigarettes
vaporizer
K2 Summit
Stripper wear
Adult videos
Beer
Friendly camaraderie
Hippie accessories
Hydroponic growing equipment
I really enjoyed my trip to PNS. The employees were friendly and helpful. Any place where I can get a 40, a can of good spray paint, a snack, some awesome earrings, and a high five is alright with me.
I went shopping with a friend of mine at Puff N Stuff and we were both blown away by the selection of functional smoking glass available; by far the biggest and best selection I've ever seen. After browsing around for a few minutes my friend and I were promptly asked by employees if we needed help and they we're both incredibly knowledgeable about what they had in stock and were incredibly helpful in helping my friend and I pick out something new for ourselves. Prices were average for all the things I saw, nothing too overpriced.
Puff N Stuff will be a stop for me any time I am in the Dallas area; definitely worth a stop by for anyone interested in the best headshop in Dallas.
Everyone who works here loves to smoke weed. Â This is a win/win for everyone because if you're looking for some advice about how to smoke weed or how many chambers you need in your water bong, they'll tell you. Â Go for the 17-chamber plug-in bubbler that has a dick sticking out of one end. Â
Bring a girl who can dress up in some of the fun dresses in the back while you check out the sick belt buckle selection. Â Or if you don't know any girls or anyone for that matter just DIY and show off to the people who work there.
But it's expensive really expensive and that's why the three stars.
The first person to review Puff N Stuff is incorrect. They do sell pipes, water pipes, and other related "HEAD SHOP" materials. In fact, they even sell beer and have a decent variety of wine. It is also part sex shop, part jewlery shop, like other places like this. They selll clothes, T-shirts, band propaganda and much more. The layout is large compared to most head shops, with a very nice variety of low end to high end items. I enjoyed my shopping experience there and so did my girlfriend. The staff is very helpful and there are enough of them there to help yah out when it is busy. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be because it is close to my house.
Review Source:My new favorite head shop in Dallas.
I've been in this city my entire life, and we've always suffered for cool smoke shops. Most of the Gas Pipes have gone downhill, and as cool as Retro is, it's pricey.
Puff n Stuff isn't in the greatest neighborhood, but it makes up for it big-time. The staff is friendly, the selection is good and well-priced, and you can even grab some beer (or sex toys) if you plan on a full-evening.
