  I went here to get an ear re-pierced that a crazy lady messed up so bad it sorta scarred me and i couldn't get up the courage to go through that again; I also have a fear of needles. As soon as arrived though they were just the nicest most welcoming people you could imagine. They walked me through it and were so gentle and understanding. The whole process was extremely sterile and the piercer matched my other hole perfectly. I was just so impressed by their whole shop. I highly recommend them :)

  Royal Oak tattoo rocks!  The staff are really friendly and I had a great piercing experience.  Josh did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier

  I can't say anything about their tattooing, because I only got my septum done here, but I was very happy with the piercing I received. They were sterile and made sure that I was happy with the jewelery I was receiving. And they made sure that I understood what I had to do to keep it clean, which must have worked, because it healed beautifully.
  
  The people here are also quite nice. I got a piercing for my 15th birthday, so not only was I a giddy little girl at getting a piercing, but we had to deal with all the legal crap that comes with being underage and getting a piercing. And they were incredibly nice about the whole thing.
  
  I'm swapping piercings for college and getting the side of my nose pierced instead, and I'll definitely be back!
