This place was doing $13 tattoos for Friday the 13th! The requirements were they had to be 3"x3" and it had to have a 13 somewhere in it. My boyfriend and I drove around Dallas looking for deals, and these guys were by far the best! They were friendly, unlike most of the other places we visited. Both of us were in and out in under 2 hours, and we really love our new ink! Thanks for making our experience a great one! We will be back when we can afford it!
