Came in on friday the 13th for the "lucky" day special! i bumped up a $13 tat to $70 and was beyond perfect for that price. Alex was my artist and not only did he keep me completely entertained while was tattooing me, but the rest of the staff was very talkative, welcoming and friendly. They know how to treat their clientele and make you feel at home. The shop is super duper clean, well kept and perfect! i will continue to visit this shop and get work done by Alex. Thanks for the awesome ink guys! I will also refer anybody who is thinking of a tattoo to you guys!
Review Source:I love this shop, I had work done about a year ago there. The artists are incredibly talented, and make me feel at home when I came in for my appointment. The shop might be small but it's very clean. My artist made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked on my well being throughout the tattoo process. The owner is fantastic and runs her shop extremely well and inly hires talented and trustworthy artists.I will be coming back soon for more work.

Review Source:I LOVE the tattoo I got from Ben at Talent Tattoo! The rest of the experience... Not so much.
We went in on a Tuesday and talked to Matt to see if they were available for 4 people to get new pieces done on that following Saturday. They said yes, explained an overview of the work we wanted done and told them we'd bring in art to get the sketches started on Thursday. Showed up Thursday and talked to Ben. I spent about 30 minutes going over it with him and I brought art, sizes, and placement ideas for each one of the tattoos. He was excited, I was excited, and I went home after confirming all 4 of us would be able to be inked on Sat. So, the 4 of us show up on Sat and both Matt and Ben were there but NONE of the art was sketched up, no stations were prepped, and they had to take care of all that while we sat and waited (we got there a little after 11). After about 2-3 hours they finally started inking us, but after the 1st tattoo Matt just took off!! Ben had no idea what was going on and he was left to tattoo the 3 of us left. Well, after another 3-4 hours Ben finally let me know I wouldn't be able to get tatted that night and would have to come back in the morning... Which I did and at least I didn't have to run into Matt again, I was pissed.

Got a simple little $60 tattoo. The tattoo was just an equal sign on my finger so it took about 30 seconds to do. Not the best place I've been but not the worst. Can't really comment on the artistic talent here since anyone could draw an equal sign. Good place if you're in a pinch and want something easy.

I was taken as walk in by this funny dude named Ben- excellent work. I wanted to get a realistic image of the moon phases down my thigh and he drew it out and it was exactly what I wanted. He was very dedicated to this piece and was super outgoing and friendly. He made the experience that much better with good conversation. Quite the character I must say.
None the less, 5 stars across the board for this place. Awesome experience, great artist, domino's pizza next door to take the edge of the pain..of the tattoo and my stomach, quant parking.

I love this shop! Â I had a poorly done tattoo of falling stars on my forearm revitalized by Ben recently and I couldn't be happier. I was hiding it before and now I wear short sleeves with pride. Â I'll be going back to get number four done by Ben for certain. Â He listens, understands, and is a fantastic artist with a great personality. Â Great work and a lot of fun!!!

I told him I was nervous about the permanent aspect of it, with it being my first tattoo, Â and though I thought I was going to sound like a whiny kid, he made me feel like it was completely normal and gave me a little pep talk to help me calm my inner senses down. The shop itself is tiny, but the atmosphere is nice. Â The walls are decorate with awesome artwork. I enjoyed listening to nostalgic music as I got my tattoo done. Even when you have your dumb butt of an ex with you, you can still have a nice experience when you are at a chill place like this one. If I get another tattoo, I would definitely come back here.

Review Source:Had my very first tattoo done this past Sunday by Christo! It all started when I went with my little sister to get her's on her 18th bday a few days before. She originally wanted to go somewhere else but they didn't have time. She was dead set on getting one so a friend of her's suggested Talent Tattoo. We called and asked if he would have time to do a small peace sign and he told us to come on in. First impressions are important and Christo did not disappoint. Walking into a tattoo shop as a first timer can be pretty intimidating but he made all of us feel totally comfortable. Major props for being surrounded by a bunch of giggling teenage girls. After seeing my little sister go through it, I decided to bite the bullet. I told Christo what I had in mind and we set up an appointment for a few days later. When I showed up on my appointment day and he showed me the sketch, I was so happy. He took a very basic and simple idea and made it into something I never even would have thought of. To say I'm happy with my tattoo is an understatement. I definitely won't be one of those people who regret their first tattoos. I've already got a few ideas for more tattoos and I can't wait to bring them to Christo so he can make them even more awesome. If you're looking for an artist with real talent and just an all around friendly and easy-going personality, Christo is your guy.
Review Source:I called Traditional Tattoo and Thomas answered the phone. Â Immediately upon answering, I felt like he was really interested in listening to my design idea. Â I met him the next day and we worked on my design. Â I showed him a picture with the general design idea I had for my tatt and he ran with it. Â He asked all the pertinent questions to make sure he really understood what I wanted. Â Twenty minutes later, he produced a truly inspiring piece of artwork. Â I knew then that he took my general idea and turned it into something that had went beyond my expectations. Â It was a one of a kind piece of art. Â Thomas didn't stop there. Â He made sure that all the finer details were addressed. Â The final result was absolutely awesome! I couldn't be happier with my new tattoo. Â I know that my tattoo is unique, original and not to mention freaking awesome! Â And I have Thomas to thank! Â I think I found my new artist. Review Source:I was looking for a local tattoo shop and decided to yelp. Came across this on the site and decided to check it out. Went in to get a feel of the place. Talked with Christou and almost immediately I knew he'd be the one doing my script work. Very easy to talk to and just an all around great guy. Not to mention his portfolio was awesome. Made my $40 deposit for a few days later. I'm all done now and couldn't be happier with the work. Great conversation and even with my nervous twitching he was able to create beautiful script work. He was patient and made me feel as comfortable as possible. If I end up getting another tattoo it will hands down be from Christou.
Review Source:I stopped in & talked to Christian about a custom piece. His style is traditional, sailor-Jerry style, navy tattoos. $40 deposit, $120/hr. I was looking to get a big, detailed eagle. He and I chatted about the design and pricing and I left that day. Week or so later I returned and talked some more about the design, and decided to have him sketch it up. Meantime I got a California outline with a black star, just to scratch the itch I had to get inked. I'm pleased with how it came out. I felt comfortable working with him on design, he let me bounce several ideas off him.
The shop itself is small, but does the trick. It's clean. There's a couch. They play good music. No ATM in the shop but there's a 7-eleven right next door.
I have had the best experience here. Christo is one of the most talented artists I have ever worked with. He is creative whether you know exactly what you are looking for or just a general idea. He is willing to take on challenging pieces and made me feel completely comfortable during the hours he worked on my ribs. I have brought in a few friends since and they all say the same about him.
My only complaint about the place would be about the owner. But since she doesn't really have a standing on my experience Christo still gets 5 stars. I'm friends with with shop on facebook and she's always posting things about herself, not the artists. That's disappointing because I would love to see the newest work that's coming out of that place because they are amazing.
If you're looking for an artist who cares about his work and is a true talent go to Christo. I'm very impressed by him.
Let me start off by saying this is my first tattoo, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. Â My nerves were calmed when Christo started, for one it didn't hurt as bad as I expected and second, Christo is very patient and makes you feel completely comfortable.
The piece is relatively large, so I had about four sessions total, each session about two hours each. I definitely appreciate his creativity and his patience. Not only is Christo an amazing artist, but he also has a great ethic. He's concerned about how the tattoo heals before proceeding. He's all about making sure that everything is done right and that really is refreshing.
I'm already thinking about my next tattoo and I will definitely go back to Traditional Tattoo to see Christo.

My friend owns this shop so I came here to get my first big tattoo. I ended up getting a flower with a hummingbird hovering over it. It was a slow day and the only guy working was very nice and took his time going through everything with me to make sure that I would be satisfied with what I decided to get. His name was Shaun. The tatt took about 2 hours and was extremely painful. But he was very patient with me and took breaks when I needed him to stop for a little bit. He played some music for me so that I could relax a little more but by an hour and a half into my tatt I had to call a friend to come down so that I could squeeze her hand because it was hurting so bad. (Unlike some people, I am not very good when it comes to pain, and i got it really low on my hip bone so it was a sensitve area) But never once did he make me feel uncomfortable. He was calm and collected which helped me stay more focused too. In the end, all the pain was worth it because I got a beautiful tattoo and I love it! This was a little over a month ago so its fully healed now and I cant wait to show it off this summer! Shaun is a great artist and knows what hes doing. I would come back to him for my next tatt for sure!
