Underground Art is hands down the best tattoo shop in the Memphis area. The staff are all very friendly, open-minded, and community oriented.

They have the best artists in Memphis, period. Other shops have questionable reputations and their work fluctuates in quality - Underground is the only one to pump out consistently good work. They make you feel like family in their shop. Prices are reasonable, as well. Highly recommend!
