I don't write reviews here on Yelp, but I couldn't help myself to write a review. I went here today to get my conch piercing, i went in when they opened and Karly helped me right away. She was the nicest piercer i've ever met! She made me really comfortable and she really made sure I won't feel anything, and she did! I would totally recommend this place to everyone i know! I would totally come back for my next piecing!

Review Source:I walked in to Wicked Artistry on Mother's Day and was met by Sean at the door. This was my first tattoo so I was kind of nervous. Â Sean made me feel very comfortable. Â I had an idea of what I wanted and Sean drew up his own version and I liked it much better than my original idea. Â I love my tattoo, it is very vibrant and the lines are perfect. Â Sean was also very quick, it only took about an hour. Â When he was done I was extremely happy with my new tattoo and he also gave me a Mother's Day discount. Â I highly recommend Sean and Wicked Artistry.

Review Source:I went here about a month ago and had a man by the name of Brandon give me the best tattoo I have ever had and at a really great price. The art was hand drawn by Brandon of a amazing rose with a dagger, also amazing, on my thy. I am a person that has many tattoo's by many different place's and I have to say that by far this is the best work I have ever had done. The price of my tattoo was one of the amazing things about this shop as well, and trust me it was not a small tattoo. One thing was that they have a minimal fee and every place I have ever went to was anywhere between $100.00 - $150.00 and the their fee minimum was only a fraction of that. I have been tattooed by five other shops and I have never gone back to any of them for more. This is defiantly the shop I am going to stick with for future art and I can't wait to get back in there. Brandon was a very light handed tattoo artist which is exactly what you want and anyone that has a tattoo understands what I mean. He was very passionate about is art and it shows. He did not dig deep in my skin and the hole experience was very pleasant which is great for first timers and vets alike. The needles were clean and opened in front of me. Needless to say my tattoo healed perfectly. Â He was a nice guy that made me very comfortable and was assuring I was in safe and professional hands. Â The environment was great as well as the people working there, the owner Gina was awesome. She seemed really nice and down to earth. I noticed how clean it was and of course that's something you should always look for in a tattoo shop. They even had a t.v. with a really good movie on which I have never seen in a tattoo shop before. I sat for about 4-5 hours and having a good movie to watch is a plus. Â Another thing I respect about the tattoo artist Brandon, was that he doesn't reuse any of his art he has used. One thing about getting a tattoo is you will always remember the day you got it, why you got it and the experience you have while getting it and you want it to be a good one. That is what this shop did for me. I had a great time. Weather you are a first timer or have art and you are looking for a beautiful tattoo and a great experience then Wicked Artistry is the place for you!
Review Source:I totally realized that I never reviewed this place. I got my foot tattoo here about 2 years ago. I usually would just bypass reviewing this place since I got my tattoo done so long ago, but they really went above and beyond that day. You see that day, myself and four of my cousins all got tattooed. Yeah in a few hours they tattooed all 5 of us. We all went in the shop mid-day on a Saturday (there was a group of seven of us - me, four cousins, my husband, and my cousin's husband). At first I thought they might be a little daunted seeing such a big group of us coming in, but they were cool and didn't seem to mind at all. Myself and two of my cousins were going to get our last name (or my maiden name) on our right foot. Yeah, we're Mexican - it's what we do - get the good ol' last name tattooed on you somewhere. My other cousin was going to get the names of her two kids on her wrists. And yet another cousin was going to get his Mom's name in the middle of a cross in honor of her memory. His tattoo was the one that had the most detailing. I was the one who originally wanted to get the foot tattoo, so they helped me pick out a font that would look good for my maiden name. I remember I picked out a font and then had them change it up a little bit so it wasn't so swirly and elaborate. Then they tattooed me. Once my two other cousins saw my tattoo, they said they wanted it. The tattoo artist there was all too happy to help them as well and did their tattoos right then and there. The artists there were really helpful with all us. Drawing out exactly what we wanted, changing things we didn't want, placement was perfect, and they were really professional. They definitely helped my cousins and I to make a memory we won't forget. I mean it's been two years and I still remember that day like it was yesterday. And all of our tattoos look good. Even my foot tattoo, which can wear off or be a little sketchy, looks really good.
Review Source:Loreto is awesome. Makes you feel comfortable, does exactly how you want it, clean shop. She was totally cool doing my boyfriends n my tattoo passed closing. Definite great tattoo shop. We'll be back fooooor sssuuure! A little over priced for what we got, but since it was mother's day the Loreto gave us a discount. They were pretty cool to do our tats after closing hours. Not my first choice to go back to, but last resort if I needed.

I went in after work yesterday because I had a problem with my nose ring.
To make a long story short my nose ring got caught on the thread of my face washcloth and I pulled it pretty hard and the head of my ring was stuck in the cartilage.
Adrian looked at it and said no problem and popped it back out. Â (I tried to do it myself and was too chicken even though I iced it)
I paid $10 for a new ring and he adjusted it so it would fit my small azn nose better :)
I was actually coming into wicked artistry with my mom to c bout a tattoo for me n her Brandon was answering our questions for us he said he could do both our tattoos for us the same day for a good price so y not brandon was starting on my moms tattoo first then walked in one of the tattoo artists that tattooed my foot which I had no idea he even worked there cuz at the time I got my foot tattooed he was working some other place anyways Chris done mine which was awesome cuz I love his work! Brandon did a awesome job on my moms tattoo too!

I had planned on getting a tattoo but didn't know when and where. Â My friend recommended this place. Â She called and we were told to walk in. I brought in a drawing, Brandon tweaked it and did the tattoo that same day. Â He was friendly and did a great job with my tattoo. Â I was very pleased. Â I was glad I didn't have to come back for a second time and that it was all done on one day. Price was very reasonable and the place was clean. Â I'd definitely come back if I ever decided to get a 3rd tattoo.

I drive all of the way from Santa Cruz to get my work done at a place where the owner treats you like a special friend and the Artists listen to you and go the extra mile to please you. Â Ive gotten alot of work done there with the new artist Brandon and Im super happy. Â There are several Artists to choose from and I will continue to go there.

I've gotten 3 tats all done by Josh now and I LOVE them. He is a really laid back guy and a great artist. All the guys in there are awesome, they even listened to my 30 minute long symphony that I played in and I got to tell them all about my french horn playing. That really made me feel welcome and it was fun to share a classical piece of music with a bunch of tatt'd up dudes that you would think would say "WTF is a french horn!?"
Josh is very patient and kind and I will always go back to him for more work. Thinking up my next tattoos right now!

Worst customer service, EVER.
So yesterday we ended up stopping by here after a failed attempt of going to Inkies..Inkies was closed due to the Tattoo Convention at the Cow Palace.
We were so determined to get our noses pierced..so we decided to stop by here since it was closeby and their phone wasn't working and we thought it was worth a shot. Unfortunately, we get there the piercer wasn't there.. one of the workers told us that if we came back tomorrow and he would give us the piercings for $30 each. I was pretty fustrated because we wasted our time going there, when they could have just answered the phone to let us know that.
So today we go there right when they open at 1pm and the piercer isn't there yet. Another worker greets me and tells me that the piercer should be there in a second..so I sit there and wait for my cousins and the piercer to arrive. I told the guy about how we stopped by yesterday and that someone told us that if we came back today, we would get the piercings for $30 and the guy said "Mmm, okay..I'll have to check with the piercer first". When they get there, we patiently wait and the workers there don't really try to talk to us at all..in fact, they were in the office the whole time being anti-social. Honestly, I didn't feel welcome at all, but I was just so determined to get my piercing..so I continued to wait. The worker who kept checking on us told me that he texted him to see where he was, so we continued to wait for him. After waiting for 25 minutes, I asked them if they could possibly check on his status  because I work at 2 and the worker doesn't really say anything to me so I continue to stand there, then finally he says "Yeah..I'll give him a call". So he calls him and 5 minutes later, he comes back and says, "I have no idea where he is because he's not answering his phone..and if you wait, you won't be out of here by 2, so you can just come back tomorrow" So we just left without saying bye and without new piercings.
It was so irritating that they didn't offer us anything for wasting our time..I mean we waited for 30 minutes and I had to bother the worker to figure out where the other worker was. They didn't even try to help us really and I had to ask if there was paper work to fill out while we wait..They were so unprofessional. For one, he didn't even say they were really gunna give us the $30 as the price..nor did they compensate us for our wasted time. I could have waited longer, but I decided it wasn't even worth it after wasting so much time there.
I'll definitely be going somewhere else to get my piercing.

Me & my 2 friends came in for piercings & to our suprise there's a special going on... 3 piercings for $90 or 4 piercings for $100. I got my nose pierced which was originally $40, so I ended up saving $10. Woooooh.
The shop is located at the end of a small strip next to an oriental massage place. The parking is in the back of the shop... kinda grimey though.. Inside the shop it's nice & Adrians area for piercing is enclosed off with one side open. I like that you're kind of in a room when getting pierced & everyone can't stare at you.
Adrian is really nice & laid-back. He made us feel comfortable & went through all the procedures. He did all 3 of us (2 nose piercings & 1 rook) at ease & there was no problems at all.

Today I went with my best friend to get her nose pierced here and after I saw how clean the place was and how friendly the guy Adrian who does piercings was, I decided to get one also!
I'd been wanting to get my rook pierced for a while but I was scared to because I heard it was a lot more painful than most piercings, but he did it so fast that I barely felt anything!
The place all in all is a really chill environment. I'll definitely be coming back here for more piercings
Joshua was my tattoo artist, he was great. I got a prayer hand done with a red rosary, also a touch up on an exsisting tattoo, he made everything come to life again. I can't be any happier. Everyone at the shop was nice, they made me feel very comfortable . I will definitely come back.
Review Source:Today was my 3rd visit in 2 months and no one was available again... the tattoo ppl had taken the day off or called in sick or werent there yet......at 330pm. Dude said Josh would be there about 6pm that evening but he didnt know if Josh had any appointments scheduled so i left my name and cell phone number and asked for a return call so i could schedule an appt. Â I never got a call back. Â I really want to give them business but theyre either closed when their sign says they should be open or none of their artists are available or they dont return phone calls. Â

Pro: Â I found Inkie's on yelp and got my tattoo done that night!
I've taken both my daughters, several times, to get various piercings from Adrian Herrera who is fantastic. I've seen the Wicked Artistry staff completing at least 30 tattoos over that time and I have to say that the work is right on par with the best of the best. Plus, they are really cool people and have a great attitude towards their customers.
When I get a Tattoo this is the place I'll go. The store is always clean, staff are helpful, and the spacing works.
finally got my lip piercing after all this years of being locked down and denied to do it (ex-gf said she'll broke up with me if i got it) so to symbolize my freedom i got it done with Adrian who is a friend of a friend. he made me feel comfortable right off the bat and assured me that everything will be good and he'll take care of me. funny how i was more nervous this time than when i got my tat. he made it a whole lot easier for me when the time came. the pain was non-existent i would say the injection i get from the dentist's are way more painful than the piercing i got. as for the location it's far from where i live but heck it was worth it. it's a bit hard to find it as i drove by past it and didn't notice that i had already since they don't have sign facing the street. i believe this is more of a tattoo parlor and Adrian is the only piercer here. the staff is pretty dope we came in and they were playing video games and instantly greeted us when we came in. the inside is very clean too and spacious. the experience and memory will last a lifetime for sure thanks to this place
Review Source:I have many tattoos and for the New Years I wanted to get another. Â My boyfriend and I checked out another shop right by Wicked Artistry (bad idea) first. Â They were rude and kept to there own convo's. Â So days later we thought we would stop in to Wicked and it was such a warm welcome. Â Everyone there introduced themselves and was very friendly. Â
Jason did both of our tattoos and he did a great job. Â The prices are very reasonable and the shop is very clean. Â If you are going to get tatted or pierced, go see the guys at Wicked Artistry!!
Went here to get piercings with a friend, though their specialty is tattoos (or that's what the person that did the piercings said). It was clean, fast, and we were in and out within an hour.
They have a 3 piercings for $90 deal right now, which pretty awesome. The piercings don't have to be all on one person or place, my friend got her rook and belly done, and I got a snug. There's a 4/$100 deal too but it has to be all the same type of piercing I believe.
They give you a little bag of sea salt for soaks which is nice! Overall it's a nice place, but they need a sign with their name on it, right now it just says body piercing and tattoo in huge green letters on the side facing torwards the street (you can see it on the door, but you have to be reallllyyy looking for it, and there's another piercing/tattoo parlor a few blocks down on the same side). There's also the smell of stale cigarettes and old food, but it might've been from the door being open..hopefully
I got my first ink late in life, in my 30's (ouch!) and was forewarned that ink is addictive.  I figured, if it took me years to decide on my first ink, I'd be lucky if I even got it done, period!  One-year later, I now have my third, thanks to Ace at  Wicked Artistry...and yes, I'm a believer, ink IS highly addictive!
My third was special because it would've been my 3rd for my 33rd birthday (ouch! strike 2). Â I was planning to go to the shop that did my first and second but I wanted to spread the wealth and try another shop. Â So, I've been stalking Wicked Artistry on Yelp, driving past their location, etc. Â When I finally got the courage to walk into the shop, on Thanksgiving Eve of all days, I was knocking myself in the head for being so hesitant.
When I walked in (from the back parking lot) there were a couple dudes playing some video game one of who was Ace and he instantly stopped playing to greet me. Â We discussed as far as what I wanted, which was pretty straight forward, the SF for the SF Giants, I mean, the... (switching to Renel's voice)

He said he was able to do it right then and there. Â While he was working on the design, he had me look through his portfolio to get to know his work better and yeah, Ace does some some pretty awesome work. Â After about 10-minutes, he showed me a sample pic but suggested I do an outline of the lettering which I never would've thought of, so I was even more stoked! Â He prepped the table and got to work. Â While working on me, I met Josh the shop owner, pretty cool guy, who was working on some ink for another dude. Â The other guys in the shop were cool too, they had customers walking in and the guys we're inviting the customer's friends to play video games instead of just waiting and staring at the wall. Â Overall, Ace, Josh and everyone was so down to earth, unpretentious, way friendly and totally mellow, not to mention, their team work is simply electric.
It took Ace about 30 minutes to finish. Â The whole time I felt comfortable and Ace made sure that was the case. Â My ink came out way awesome, I was hella happy! Â After all was said and done, Ace reassured me to come back anytime if I felt it needed a touch up or anything. Â Such a cool guy, I swear!
One cool thing about the shop is that they take Visa! Â Way happy about that as I didn't need to run to the bank. Â As far as the cost of the ink job, it was fair because it was less than I thought it would cost, which is always nice!
I don't think I have enough canvas for more ink but who am I kidding, I'm sure I'll find room....and sure enough, I'll be giving Ace a call!
Me and my best friend went to get matching babooshkas (Russian stacking nesting dolls) by Josh and we love them! He got the girlie-ness we needed and accomnedated everything we wanted in our tattoo and left him room for his own creativity. On top of that, we had a fun time hanging out in the shop, it was totally comfortable, and left with smiles on our face and a laughing about our time spent there the whole ride home. Well recommended! Ask for Josh, he's a total sweetie!

We stumbled across them through Yelp and will only be going back to them for more tattoos. I had my tattoo done by Ace who was just wonderful. He did an awesome job on some tribal work. He has such a great personality and it was great to get to know him. We also got a chance to meet the female owner of the shop and that was great too. My wife got a tattoo from Jason and absolutely loved it (her review to follow). He was such an awesome guy also and her tattoo came out beautiful. They also have a piercer at the shop, Adriane (sp?) who was also such a nice guy. Hands down one of the best tattoo shops I've ever been to. Thanks for such wonderful artistry!!
Review Source:Just got the hurt put on me by Josh, the shop owner. This shop is comfortable and welcoming. Everyone there was fun to talk to and hang out with. Really made it a pleasant experience. Oh, and the dude can Tattoo!! great attention to detail and very tight lines and shading. This wasn't even my 20th one so I've seen a few. I highly recommend them all there.
