Despite the bad reviews I wanted to take the opportunity to support local small businesses with a Groupon deal. Unfortunately, my experience was unprofessional. To start, the ease of booking an appointment is virtually non existent. There is no one to answer the phone or return phone calls so it forces customers to result to the "texting" option, which may sound convenient at first, but it's not. The response takes hours if not days in some cases. The excuses seem in line with other yelp reviews and in my case it was a road blockage on the fourth of July and food poisoning the day prior to my appointment the second time. I also received a confirmation text of an appointment at 10PM the night before. It's ironic because the confirmations state that there is a fee for cancellations or late arrivals. I did manage, after much effort, to complete 2 out of the 8 sessions. It was too much of a hassle. I felt like I was working for her not the other way around. Needless to say, Groupon refunded my money. Also, her location is currently in Old Town Scottsdale.
Review Source:Sadly, my experience isn't much different than the others. Â I bought the Groupon for the 4 sessions of laser lipo. Â My first appointment, I drove to the Phoenix address and found an empty, unlocked office. Â I called and called and found out that the address had changed. Â I drove to the Scottsdale office, which is better than the previous and has continued to improve in appearance. Â She was not there. Â There is a couple that shares the office and does hair and the like. Â They now have their own room. Â He couldn't get ahold of her either. Â Needless to say, I felt that I had been scammed. Â She did text me later and I received 5 appointments to make up for the inconvenience. Â There was some rescheduling and one appointment that she had me down for a different time than I had. Â She is very young and I believe got married last month. Â She is pleasant and I have found that the room is in much better condition than stated in a previous post. Â So, she gave me the Groupon price for another set of 4. Â (I figured what the heck, the results were not what I'd hoped for.) Â First appointment was cancelled because she had an out of state family member very ill. Â Understandable. Â She texted me later and asked me if the 6th or the 12th (June) would work. Â I texted back the 6th. Â Up until now, I had been getting confirmation texts the day before. Â I did not for this one so I texted asking about the time. Â No response.
She did tell me at my last visit, that she was getting a partner of sorts.
I believe she has the potential and some great ideas to run a cool, little spa, but it is apparent that she does not currently have the skills. Â This has been an example of you get what you pay for.
This is seriously the worst case of fraud I have ever encountered. Â I purchased a laser hair package from them, and the owner has yet to keep an appt with me. Â She has cancelled 3 in a row. Â And she doesn't even call. Â She texts. Â This a joke. Â When I asked for a refund she basically laughed and said good luck with that. Â Seriously, she should be in jail. Â I see now I'm not the only unhappy customer. Â Wish I had read her reviews before I paid. Â Lesson learned. Â BEWARE!!!!!
