Snobby. That's just lame.
I checked out several tattoo shops to see which was best  - cleanliness, professional service, workmanship, etc.
Idle Hand Tattoo was hands down the most unfriendly, snobby place I visited.
Just because someone don't LOOK like your normal "tattoo person" doesn't mean you should treat them with disdain and curtness. I'm no tat newbie - I have 4 tattoos.
HEY IDLE HAND - here's a tip - don't judge a book by it's cover.
And treat all your customers with respect.
Assholes.
Erik's work is excellent. Â Look no further for lifelike, black/grey tattooing. Â Went in for a consultation, left a deposit, scheduled my appointment - simple.
My appointment was almost two months out which was completely understandable due to his great reputation and excellent artistry. Â I'll be honest, I wanted to sit ASAP to get my work done but I knew the wait would be worthwhile.
The day of my appointment Erik showed me his sketch, and I was very happy. Â A few hours later once it was completed, I was blown away.
I look forward to my next piece from Erik.
Just got my FIRST tat from Hanna and I love everything about it! Â It's a beautiful memorial piece for my mom and was executed perfectly. Â I wanted her guitar with star gazer lilies around it and the idea I had in my head paled to what I actually got. Â
She took the pictures of the guitar and used them as the base for a portrait of it. Â She uses a single needle which is a challenge for most artists. Â There's so much detail in the piece and I simply cannot wait until it's fully healed and I can see the whole beauty of it!
Plus, Torenado is 2 doors down so you can go and have a victory beer afterwards. Â :)
