Natural Look Permanent Cosmetics

Completely Annoyed. I rarely leave bad reviews but felt inclined.

  I found Sherri on Groupon.  I  had my eyeliner done she did a good job and it was a good experience. I referred my mom, mother in law, and mothers friend to Sherri. I even referred a few ex-clients because I use to do permanent makeup my self. Both of my mom's had eyeliner done and loved it. My moms friend had brows done and hated them they are a grey blue color and I feel really bad for referring her when I could have done them myself. I would say maybe eyeliner is her thing.

  The reason why I am annoyed... When I saw another Groupon for her 2 years later I purchased it. I was definitely due for a touch up. I scheduled my appointment, got to her office, she asked if I had a Groupon and then told me I couldn't use it because in the fine print it says not valid for touch-ups. She said it's $200. I said okay can I pay you the additional $50? She said no its an additional $200 and that I would have to get a refund from Groupon. Why would you burn a happy customer like that? I should have read the fine print more carefully but still. She was not understanding or accommodating. I don't think this woman really cares about her clients and I'm sorry I passed her name along to so many.

  The good news is I have another appointment scheduled with Stephen at Sweet Cheeks Studio in Temecula. He has awesome reviews and a great portfolio. I referred an ex client to him 2 weeks ago and she wrote me back thanking me because she had a great experience and loved her brows!

I just saw Sherry and I was very pleased!

I noticed some bad reviewers on here but that was mainly for brows. I got my eyeliner done and had great results.

My over all experience was:

-She is courteous and professional, the place is clean, and she was patient and understanding with me.

-I was VERY nervous and told her to please do a VERY thin line so that I can add more later. Being super conservative with my make-up I didn't to over do it.

-She did EXACTLY what I asked and the line is so thin that nobody will be able to tell I got it done... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

-My eyes were a teeny bit swollen but nothing major.

-The procedure had some discomfort but nothing that I can't handle. Sherry went slow so that I was comfortable. She was very nice.

I would recommend her to my friends.

First off I do not understand why all the good reviews are filtered ,you need to read ALL reviews filtered and unfiltered.... I bought a groupon Sherry explained my lips will be swollen and distorted at first but after all the swelling went down they looked perfect and I would recommended Sherry to anyone.
