Completely Annoyed. I rarely leave bad reviews but felt inclined.
 I found Sherri on Groupon.  I  had my eyeliner done she did a good job and it was a good experience. I referred my mom, mother in law, and mothers friend to Sherri. I even referred a few ex-clients because I use to do permanent makeup my self. Both of my mom's had eyeliner done and loved it. My moms friend had brows done and hated them they are a grey blue color and I feel really bad for referring her when I could have done them myself. I would say maybe eyeliner is her thing.
 The reason why I am annoyed... When I saw another Groupon for her 2 years later I purchased it. I was definitely due for a touch up. I scheduled my appointment, got to her office, she asked if I had a Groupon and then told me I couldn't use it because in the fine print it says not valid for touch-ups. She said it's $200. I said okay can I pay you the additional $50? She said no its an additional $200 and that I would have to get a refund from Groupon. Why would you burn a happy customer like that? I should have read the fine print more carefully but still. She was not understanding or accommodating. I don't think this woman really cares about her clients and I'm sorry I passed her name along to so many.
 The good news is I have another appointment scheduled with Stephen at Sweet Cheeks Studio in Temecula. He has awesome reviews and a great portfolio. I referred an ex client to him 2 weeks ago and she wrote me back thanking me because she had a great experience and loved her brows!

I just saw Sherry and I was very pleased!
I noticed some bad reviewers on here but that was mainly for brows. I got my eyeliner done and had great results.
**ALL OF SHERRY'S GOOD REVIEWS ARE FILTERED*** (this means they are hidden and all you have to do is scroll all the way down and click on FILTERED and you will see here positive reviews.
My over all experience was:
-She is courteous and professional, the place is clean, and she was patient and understanding with me.
-I was VERY nervous and told her to please do a VERY thin line so that I can add more later. Being super conservative with my make-up I didn't to over do it.
-She did EXACTLY what I asked and the line is so thin that nobody will be able to tell I got it done... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
-My eyes were a teeny bit swollen but nothing major.
-The procedure had some discomfort but nothing that I can't handle. Sherry went slow so that I was comfortable. She was very nice.
I would recommend her to my friends.
First off I do not understand why all the good reviews are filtered ,you need to read ALL reviews filtered and unfiltered.... I bought a groupon Sherry explained my lips will be swollen and distorted at first but after all the swelling went down they looked perfect and I would recommended Sherry to anyone.
Review Source:I should read Yelp reviews before buying a discount coupon for permanent  make up in Natural Look. I have had a  permanent  make up experience before I came to Sherry to line up my lips, One positive experience from this appointment - the treatment was very fast and relatively not painful. I agree with other reviews when people said  Sherry doesn't care about her patients. She worked very fast and it made me feel nervous. When It was done, I looked at a mirror. I found my lips unsymmetrical and asked Sherry to correct the line. However, she told me to come in one month and for additional $50 she will make touch up. Now, after one month, my lips are still uneven, but I don't want to go back to her for corrections - I don't trust her. What kind of artist allow her client to leave the office with uneven lips? Permanent make up is PERMANENT, and when it is done not right and without care it is terrible. I will never recommend her business to anybody.

I am completely happy with my brows. Â Sherry is a talented artist. Â She was professional, took her time and was very kind and personable. Â There was time and effort involved and it was well worth it. Â The color is exactly what I wanted and the shape suits my face. Â I think the other reviewers were too hasty in their opinions. Â Yes, the procedure hurts. Â There is no instant gratification either. Â You endure some pain, pay money and then have to wait a few weeks to see the vision that Sherry envisioned. Â Its not like going to get your haircut - you don't instantly see results. Â You need patience...so don't review until a month has passed! Â I suppose that is why beauty comes at a price! Â Just don't go in with false expectations. Â Its tattooing! Â Your skin is permanently marked. Â It bleeds, scabs and then heals. Â But I am so happy that I went for it! Â You will be too - and trust in Sherry the Artist and you won't be disappointed.
Review Source:When I first walked into Sherry's office, it took her a while to greet me since she was on the phone. The least someone could do is acknowledge that person with a smile or a nod. Anyway, I came here to have my first eyebrow tattooing and was I nervous! Sherry definitely didn't make me feel as ease. She used eyeliner to paint on what she would tattoo over and then applied the numbing gel. When she started tattooing, the pain was so unbearable I literally could not breath. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. Towards the end, she has someone else walk in, and it seemed she started to rush through my last eyebrow. When she finished, my brows definitely were uneven. I had her fix an area, and then she told me "that's all I can do, they'll look different once they've healed." It took me a good 2-4 weeks to heal before I noticed a few spots she had missed. The point of getting the tattoo was so that I wouldn't have to color in my own eyebrows, well to this day I still color them in for Sherry's lack of professionalism. I've learned my lesson here, don't go someone because of a deal they may be offering. Pay the extra for an exceptional job!
P.S. she charges $50 for touch-ups, even though she doesn't do it right to begin with!
Recently purchased a Groupon to have my eyebrows permanently done by Sherry Bridges. Â She freestyled the eyebrows which made them come out uneven but I'm ok with the look. What I'm not ok with is the amount of PAIN I suffered, (I don't think she used enough anesthesia cream on me) she did say she was sorry but still... also, she has really LONG nails which kept digging into my skin near my eyes, I finally had to ask her to put on GLOVES! She also didn't wear a smock over her day clothes and I found that really unprofessional as her jewelry was in my face too. Â I also bleed ALOT but she hadn't given me a bib (like in the hair salons) so I got blood on my clothes, she was also really stingy with the gauze pads (said she didn't have anymore!!) so I had to find a bathroom right away and use some TP on my eyebrows. Â I have other tattoos so I know its gonna hurt alittle but this hurt like crazy! She said I'll need a touch-up in a month but no way can I go back to her. Its been a couple weeks now and my eyebrows are STILL healing but they look good. Sherry Bridges has an artist flair but she needs to improve on her professionalism and pain management skills.

Â I had my eyebrows done with permanent make up AKA tattooed by the owner Sherry Bridges and this was the biggest regret of my life! Â I asked her to make it look natural and not too dark. Â I also wanted the color to be brown and NOT black. Â Well she didn't seem to care that this was my face she was tattooing and used the darkest ink possible and then promised me it would fade in 3 days. Â In 3 days it was still the blackest black and looked like i put two black stickers on my face for eyebrows. Â Then she said to give it a few weeks...NOPE...still looked like a cholla.....then i gave it 2 months and NOT EVEN A BIT OF FADING. Â When i asked her for a refund so i can go to someone else to correct it, she said no. Â She said only she can correct it but she will have to charge me again. Â really?! Â She is the most unprofessional, money hungry person I've ever met. Â Infact, Â i will contact my credit card company to do a chargeback on her services!
Review Source:I am so disappointed with the end result and I only say the end result because I can not afford to keep paying Sherry to fix the same thing. Complete rush job! The touch up was supposed to be simple because it was just that, a touch up. Â She managed to screw that up. There is no reason I should be drawing my eyebrows on when I paid all of that money for permanent eyebrows. Â Please save your money with this one because you do not get what you pay for. Â Just because a person has years of experience does not mean they know what they are doing. I would not recommend Natural Look to my worst enemy. Â It's a scam!
Review Source:This is the very first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. But, I really want to prevent others from wasting their time and feeling a bit cheated as I did today. I was looking for a person for eyebrow waxing and shaping since the gal I've been going to for several years moved out of state. I found a deal for an "eyebrow waxing and shaping" on BuyWithMe and thought I'd try it. I went in to see Sherry (the owner) and have my eyebrows waxed and shaped. She briskly greeted me and did my eyebrows literally in 60 seconds. I was early for my appointment. She had no one else waiting. She seemed completely disinterested. I was no kidding in and out the door in less than 2 minutes. She wasn't friendly nor very concerned whatsoever with doing a decent job. She waxed below my brows and then said "you're all done!" She didn't even put any oil/lotion/cream, etc, on the area she waxed (which was burning as I walked out). She did ZERO eyebrow shaping. It was a complete waste and not at all worth the drive into La Jolla. I still need to have my eyebrows shaped and waxed in the areas she missed. I tipped her but wish I wouldn't have. I was just in a bit of shock. She may be great for cosmetic tattoos (?) but if she doesn't want to wax/shape eyebrows then I'm not sure why she does so much advertising for it.
