Piercing Pagoda

Went last week to buy a gift set and the lady that helped me was so helpful and sweet. I believe it was mariel or maryelle shes awsome and her opinions were helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service. No professionalism.

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. 2 associates pierced her ears at the same time... which i truly appreciate. They were very moody and unprofessional. They raised their voice at my daughter who was scared. To top it off, they missed their mark and pierced my daughters ears uneven. NOW i have to go back and have it re-pierced.
