  HORRIBLE customer service. No professionalism.
  
  Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. 2 associates pierced her ears at the same time... which i truly appreciate. They were very moody and unprofessional. They raised their voice at my daughter who was scared. To top it off, they missed their mark and pierced my daughters ears uneven. NOW i have to go back and have it re-pierced.
