A M A Z I N G ! !
(I got this done October 2012, and the touchup in the beginning of December 2012)
I definitely did my research before getting tattoo'd aka permanent/semi permanent eyebrows. I have seen people before with black lines on their face so I was very thorough before getting the procedure done. Amy does a fantastic job. I was so happy to find her. I described the look I was going for and she drew them on my face with an eyeliner pencil. Once I was happy with the shape and she and I were both happy with the final "sketch" she took me back, numbed the area with a cream and began the procedure.
I won't lie, the first pass on each eyebrow does hurt a bit. Maybe a 7/10, but I'm a baby when it comes to pain. Nothing that you cannot tolerate. After the initial pass everything is easy! She explains how to take care of them, and I didn't have any problems with healing.
After you get them done you usually go back in a month or so for a touchup. The touchup was quick and perfect. She filled in a small spot that didn't fully take the color, and extended the "tail" a bit for me.
I loved them so much that I took my Mom to get hers done as well~ My mom is also extremely happy with her new eyebrows. THEY LOOK SO NATURAL!
It has now almost been a year since i got my eyebrows done and I do not regret this at all. I plan to go again in december to get a touchup.
*Cash Only* - just in case you were wondering. :)
As you will see in my prior reviews, I am not a paid spokesperson, but a real living client. Â If you are looking for a perfectionist to do your brows, eyeliners, or lip liner, invest a few minutes of your time and read my reviews.
Just a quick update on the work Amy has done on me since the first time I've seen her:
It's been a good few months since I had my brows, eyeliners, and lips done by Amy. Since then, each morning I wake up to brush my teeth, I look in the mirror, and cannot believe how "made up" I look. Â Happy as can be. Â I certainly know that I am not a great beauty, but after the permanent make-up done by Amy, I must admit, I looked pretty good for a 50-year old who just literally rolled out of bed. Â The brows look very realistic, just like real hair on the brows. Â The eyeliner is true to her business' name - Perfection. Â You see, I have to use Restasis and other eye drops throughout the day for my dry eyes, so with the permanent eyeliner, I don't have to worry about raccoon eyes anymore. Â The lip liner actually make my lips look fuller - like the lips I had when I was in my youth.
I congratulate myself on trusting my gut instinct when I chose Amy to do the work. Â She did not fail me.
No doubt, Amy is one of the best, if not the best, in the business.
Amy did such a good job on my eyebrows that a week later, my mom came up from Socal to have hers done by Amy as well. Â I had it done by hand, and my mom had it done by machine. Both turned out great. Amy takes her time drawing your eyebrows before she tattoos them in. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.
I am so glad I came here! Thanks Amy!
I overplucked my eyebrows as a teenager and have gone around for years with my brows way too thin and pencil them in every single day because I didn't like the look of tattoo eyebrows. After reading about the procedure and reviews about Amy, I just had them done last month and I am so happy with the results. Â As the other reviewers wrote, Amy really takes her time to make sure they are exactly how you want them and that you are not feeling any pain.
Review Source:So, I used to have full eyebrows but sometime back in high school, I over plucked them to death and they just refused to grow back.. As in I've had to draw in my eyebrows every single day for the last eight years, lest I go out in public looking like some sort of alien. And while that's been nothing short of a hassle, I've always been quite apprehensive about permanent make up due to my fear that they would come out scary looking. Looking back on it, I wish I'd gone to Amy sooner.. I am glad though that I found her in time, as I almost went somewhere else before I found out about 3d eyebrow embroidery.. Before that I always figured you'd have to settle for solid colored eyebrow tattoos.
Amy was completely professional, and such a perfectionist, she spent an hour or so just drawing in my eyebrows until they looked just right. And when it came to the actual tattooing the pain was minimal, but did hurt a bit at first before the lanolin kicked in. Immediately after she finished I freaked a bit because they were thicker and a lot darker than I expected, but she assured me my eyebrows would lighten up and thin out, which they did in a matter of four days. I also wasn't as fond of the shape at the time but looking back on pictures now from before I think Amy actually gave me better more natural looking eyebrows than those that I was so used to drawing in. They lightened quite a bit so I went in for a touch up a few weeks later, and instead of using the brush she used the machine. After it all I'm very happy with Amy's work and actually had a friend go see her for eyebrow embroidery after she saw mine. And a few others that have also considered doing it are thinking about going to her as well.
So if like me, you've debated about getting permanent make up for a while, stop hesitating and go see Amy. She's one of the best.
Like other reviewers before me I waited and researched and doubted, doubted, DOUBTED (!!) getting my eyebrows tattooed. I had over-plucked my eyebrows in my late teens and thought I was condemned to a life of having wonky, hand drawn eyebrows that looked inconsistent from day to day for the rest of my life :(
But then I put my big girl panties on and *FINALLY* Â pulled the trigger on this decision :)
I SO wished I did this 5 years ago - sigh.
Amy is an artist and a perfectionist; she takes her time, (so schedule at least 90-2hr for a brow appointment). She is a nice, middle-aged Chinese woman, but she is kind-of stubborn. I felt pretty insistent on having 'flatter' arches because it was what I was used to. She was pretty insistent on giving my brow some arch. I think with the initial application we came to somewhere in the middle on that. But after my touch up (initial application and touch ups charged separately) I pretty much just let her do what she thought was best (thicker, longer tails, slightly higher arch). My brows look natural!
A couple of things: your brows will be startlingly dark at first, this will start to fade within a few days. In fact, there will be a good amount of fading as this kind of tattoo is not the same kind of ink as the 'MOM' tattoo on your shoulder. Eventually the skin will peel and your beautiful brows will no longer need the daily attention that you have been a slave to for so long.
Plus, parking is a breeze.
I tipped her and she seemed surprised and very grateful (don't we always tip for any service involving touching our bodies? haircut=massage=eye brow tattoo). It's a somewhat intimate/ vulnerable experience (for me, at least). We hugged and I requested some business cards for references - so many people have complimented my brows and have asked for her info.
If you're on the fence about getting your brows done, go to Amy!
I FINALLY did it...after years of contemplating if i should or shouldn't do it...i made the appointment and got my eyebrows done on 2/23/2013. Â THANK YOU Amy!!! Â I was her first appointment of the day (11am) and parking wasn't bad at all. Â Her facility was clean. Â The first 20-30 minutes Amy spent on me was to find the right brow shape and once i agreed on the shape, it was time to make it permanent. Â For those that know me, i hate needles, and the buzzing sound didn't help either. Â It hurt at first because the numbing cream wasn't enough, but once she added more it was almost painless. Â I am on day 2, and it looks alot better than it did on day 1 (less redness and less puffy, this is normal). Â It makes a huge difference. Â Prior to the permanent brows, it would take almost 20 minutes to get it even and having the right shape. Â Now, i can wash my face and go. Â I recommend her to anyone that is thinking about doing this. Â It's money well spent.
Review Source:I really don't understand why some people still picky on Amy , why the gave the bad commons on the review , in my experiences, Amy is so Wonderful , I hope all the bad commons will not affect to her!
I did a lot of researches on eyebrow embroidery and decided to go with Amy bc I like her porfolio. I've seen so many bad ones so I was really scared but so glad I picked Amy
she is  is AMAZING!! Patient and a perfectionist. She first shaded in my brows to see which would suit my face. She took her time in perfecting it so that each brow was symmetrical. She made sure that I was positive if I wanted the brow to look the way it did.  she draws in lines to your eye brows, which looks VERY NATURAL. (The color goes on very dark at first and then after a week, it will fade to the look you want).
In addition,my face has lots of freckles and grease particles after gave birth, amy used the laser to help me to cleared all of it, and ther is no scar on my face too!!
I  referred my mom and my friend to get  eyebrown tattoo with Amy, she also did a great jobs on them too!!
Â
Thank you Very Much !!Amy
Amy did an amazing job with my permanent eyeliner. Â She did everything by hand, Â no scary machines were involved. Yes, it was painful but not as much as I expected. Â The numbing cream helped. Â She takes her time and makes sure it is just right. Â I'm really happy with the results. Â
I no longer look like a zombie in the morning.
Finally, after 5 years of hesitation about whether or not I should get my eyebrows tattooed  i finally made my move. I booked an appointment with Amy to get my eyebrows done and boy was I excited! Amy started off explaining to me about the procedure. I already knew that my eyebrows were light, uneven, and extremely hard to shape. Amy looked at my eyebrows and knew exactly how to design the shape
First, she started shading in my eyebrows, she took so much time making sure the arch was spot on, my eyebrows were even, they weren't too thick or too thin, and she patiently adjusted my eyebrows until I was satisfied.
Next, it was time for her to tattoo my brows. She put some numbing cream and started working on my brows. The shape was exactly what I asked for- I don't think anyone could ever do such a great job shaping my uneven brows like Amy does. After a week of healing, my eyebrows still looked great. It was natural that no one could tell that I tattooed my eyebrows, they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. All my friends complimented on them and asked where I got them done. I said "perfection" and they said they really are PERFECT. Now they all deciding if they should get their eyebrows tattooed.
No regrets, back then I would never go out without filling in my brows (they were so light) and also I don't have to spend 10-15 minutes shaping my eyebrows every morning before work. I save so much time now! ALL THANKS TO AMY!!! You did a PERFECT job. I am so happy with the results and it's been 2 months and my brows still look good.
I highly recommend her! If you're looking for permanent make-up, Amy is the right person to go to. She's persistent, patient, kind, and a very understanding women who is passionate about her job!
I am never coming back here again. False advertising alert! Not only does the owner overcharge, but she is extremely rude! The first eyebrows came out nice but became blotchy, gray, and light even after a followed directions perfectly. The owner argued that she wouldn't correct her work, claiming that I needed a touch up. When my boyfriend called to respectfully reason with her, she hung up on him. As she was redoing my brow after i paid another 25 dollars for work which should have been done the first time, she was hostile to me while fixing her work. By the way, your eyebrows will not turn out the way they look online. False advertising alert!!!
Review Source:Amazing!! Â I went to see Amy for a correction. I had my eyebrows done a couple of years ago- solid black. Â The shape was ok but the color faded from black to blue. Â Amy was able to create the look of amazing natural eyebrows where black harsh sharpie marker looking lines were before. Â I had to go in a month later for a touch up and yes it sucks that I have to pay for a touch up. Â Because my correction was difficult, my touch up was $80. Â But you get what you pay for. Â I am more then happy to get amazing service, beautiful eyebrows and pay more. Â
My only complaint is, Amy was a little stingy on the topical lidocaine. Â But no pain, no gain.
this is a review for an experience i had with Amy one and half year ago and also  the experience i had yesterday pertaining me and my mother's experience. i found Amy through yelp, she is very accommodating to appointments and was able to schedule me on short notice. While i am in waiting room, i notice girls walking out with beautifully tattooed eyebrow, i am SO excited. The next moment i know, i am sitting at the tall chair with her staring at my eyebrow. she actually spend a good 45mins trying to reach the most articulate arch of balance for both of my eyebrow, i have given up drawing my own eyebrow long ago cause i knew my eyebrow bone structure somehow works against the perfection. We finally reached an amiable agreement of how my semi permanent eyebrow looks like. The pain is little unbearable at first but after the anesthesia kicks in the pain subdued. i walk out feeling proud of my new eyebrows. One year later, my eyebrow still looking fresh. i brought my mother to Amy, both of us is once again impressed by her dedication and patience in the work she does. Amy is very professional and she have an good eye of aesthetic, you won't regret placing your eyebrow in her hands.
Review Source:I did some research and read a lot of reviews before I decided to go to Amy and get my brows done. It's one of the best decision I've made, coz she's very good at what she does. She's extremely patient and really listened to all my concerns. We spent a lot of time just "designing" the shape and color of my brows. Â I am very happy with the results, I'm definitely going to go back to Amy for touch ups in the future. Oh, did I also mention how reasonable her pricing is?
Review Source:I finally did it. Â After years of research, I *finally* got my eyebrows tattooed!
NO more "Damn! i don't have my eyebrow powder and brush on me, so I guess this really black chola waterproof eyeliner will have to do!". Â
NO more running into exes/nemeses at supermarkets/parties without my eyebrows on and being pretty sure they were thinking "damn, Karen looks toe' up!"
NO more anxiety when I'm exercising and hoping my eyebrows aren't smeared or running down my face!
My "brow-search" spanned several years. Â I had a consultation with Juv Essentials a few years ago, but chickened out (nothing wrong with them, I just wasn't ready then). Â I was also considering "Faces Plus" in Chinatown, but then decided I shouldn't have anything done to my face in Chinatown.
I've scoured good and bad reviews of permanent makeup online. Â I've talked to friends who've had it done. Â I've been freaked out by the old Asian ladies with blue/green/pink eyebrows, and by the Asian girls with light brown (um,why?) fob-y eyebrows... Gosh darn it, I've done it all!
What finally pushed me do it (besides the drag of having to put brows on every day)?
Honestly? I have a 10-day trek in Nepal scheduled early next year and the thought of having to put my eyebrows on in the Himalayas and being the "high maintenance" one in the trekking group is unacceptable to me.  I know, it's neurotic, somewhat ironic, and a "First World problem", but I don't care.  The last thing I want to think about during what I'm pretty sure will be an awesome experience are whether my  eyebrows are on or not.
With that said, I'm really glad I went to Amy! Â She's both sweet and no-nonsense, conversational, and gladly accommodated my crazy ass who kept calling her and changing the appointment day and time. Â
I was her last appointment on a busy Saturday. Â I thought maybe she'd be all "spent" from tattooing brows all day, but she totally took her time with me and was not in a rush at all! Â She spent a lot of time making sure my brow arches, tails, etc. were what I wanted. Â I sat on a stool facing a big mirror on the wall while she drew eyebrows shapes on my face and asked me what I thought. Â Amy studied my face and furrowed her own brows in concentration as she assessed her work. Â I would then provide feedback, and she adjusted accordingly until I was completely satisfied. Â After a little numbing cream, and a little tattooing, I was done and done!
My eyebrows were dark immediately after the procedure (and yes, that's a little unnerving to look at), but the shape was spot-on. Â After a week or so, the scabs fell off, and they are much lighter and totally natural-looking. Â It's been about 6 weeks since I had them done and the time it saves and anxiety I'm spared from is worth every penny!
Thanks Amy! :D
This is the only business that I have been to that I would say deserves six stars. Some part of me doesn't want other people to know about it, because then would it be so startlingly inexpensive, would Amy have the time to do work that perfect?
She would have the inclination. I did a lot of research, and read every review on yelp, before I selected this place. This was back when she didn't have any reviews up I think or they were filtered or something, so I had dismissed it at first, especially since it sounded like it was in some far weird place. I ended up finally making an appointment because the other place was so expensive I was procrastinating, but mostly I was swayed that Amy was the only one who had pictures of her actual work on actual clients (not models wearing makeup), that (and here is the kicker): I thought looked good.
If you check it out you will see what I mean. My hope here is that some salon doesn't get wise to this bit of clever marketing and put up real photos of good work if they haven't come by them honestly. In the meantime, you have to wonder if it's a case of the emperor's new clothes with some of the photos of work done at other places ( I would go to my car and cry if I was the 'after' in some cases).
Another bit of reassurance: I was surprised to find out that she is much older than I am. Most people think I am pretty young looking or that Asians often look younger than they are, in Amy's case, she looks like she is in her 40s I suspect because she is doing something right with her skin, a facial behind a tantalizing yellow curtain in her super clean Sunset space that she said I could try one day.
I lost part of my eyebrow, and used to spend 20 minutes a day trying to fix it with makeup so I thought it looked more normal. I have had the tattooing before and was unhappy with the results that took years to fade, so it was only despair that had me searching again. I am kind of a perfectionist, but I was satisfied long before she was. I went in another time and sprung on her that I wanted to try the eyelashes, and she was a little hesitant, I saw later why: she spent as much time as it took to make it perfect. Perfect like I couldn't tell. That means that you are not getting dinner any time soon, or maybe at all, if you start at 5:00pm. (She called someone and spoke to them in Chinese, I'm assuming to let them know she was helping out a customer who needed a lot of help, and she would not be home until late).
Since then, I see she's gotten a bunch of reviews, all perfect as her work is. I am not surprised, and am certain that they are all as heartfelt as mine.
I LOVE MY EYEBROWS!!! if u have no eyebrows, sparsed, bald, or if u shaved them off, come to Amy if your interested in permanent eye brow tattooing. and when she says "3D" it means it will look "real and natural." No stick like eyebrows, we're talking about a technique that she does to make the ink look like strands of hair... now that's what I call a professional! Not much pain during procedure, I highly recommend Amy for eyebrows. I'm so glad I found her here on yelp. Check out her site and book asap. I walked in excited and left super happy :) truly amazing!
Review Source:I've gone to two other "brow artists" in the area and they pale in comparison to the work that Amy does. Â Everything from sitting you down to shape the hair you have left (as in my case), to drawing/ensuring the brows are as even as possible and asking for feedback, to the actual tattooing - is done with great care, patience and yes - perfection. Â Most the actual tattooing was done while I was lying down, as were previous procedures that were done by others. Â However what was different from my previous two experiences is that I was asked to take a seat back in front of the mirror where Amy shaped/drew at the beginning, to make sure my brows are absolutely perfect from every angle - and asking for input from me to make sure I was happy. Â Amy's prices are more than fair considering the amount of care and artistry she puts into her clientele, which is something that is rare these days. Â As a matter of fact, I googled other brow artists and some charge far above and beyond and their work isn't as good. Â I wish I had found her years ago! Â She's it for me; I hope she never leaves the area. Â Amy ROCKS :)
10/28 update
I lost a lot of color after I wrote the above review. Â No problem, I know color falls out and that's what the touch up appt is for. Â We decided to go darker as she told me the color would last longer. Â I specifically asked her whether I could come back again if needed and what the price was. Â About 2 weeks after the touch up appt, I lost color again so I scheduled a third appt - the appt as far as I was concerned was only to redeposit color where it had fallen out - in some areas. Â these areas required me to use pencil in the am, and the reason why I wanted tattooed brows is to get away from having to do this. Â She must have been in a bad mood that day. Â I tried explaining to her that the color had fallen out of the right brow near the beginning of the brow, and showed her with brow pencil the areas that I wanted redone. There were only areas to be redone, not the whole brow itself. Â She was apparently mad at what I was saying and I got the "ayaaa" expression (my daughter's half asian so, being around asian people, I know what that means). Â She then tells me the reason why the brow different is because I don't have hair there. Â EXACTLY. Â Which is why I was there - to get color added where I have no hair. Â All along she kept saying she wants to give me what I want. Â Did I get that? Hardly. Â And what happened next...whoa.
I didn't think that what I asked for would require a lot of work. Â It seemed she was tattooing me for a very long time - certainly longer than I would think a mere touch up in spots should take. I thought maybe I lost more color than I knew about and she was being extra diligent in reapplying since I had a good impression from her the previous two appts, so I wouldn't have to keep coming back. Â When i got off the table I was so shocked I could hardly speak. Â I also noticed there was more blood and scabbing this time because apparently she pounded the pigment into me.
SHE COLORED MY BROWS IN SOLID BLACK - btw I am a caucasian in her mid-50's with red hair. Â I did not ask for this. Â I specifically told her HAIR STROKE, ADD WHERE THE COLOR HAS FALLEN OUT. I don't know what i'm going to do. Â I hate this. Â HATE IT. Â I may need to find someone to lift the color out and start over. Â FML Â BTW I'm too embarrassed to leave my house. Â I look like Uncle Leo from Seinfeld on the episode where Elaine drew his brows in. Â I wish I was kidding.
I have been reading feedback for the last 3 years on different shops that do permanent eyeliner and was so glad that I chose AMY. Â Wow what a perfectionist !!!!! All the other reviews from other shops had me scared as they seemed to not listen to you and whisked you in and out and didn't care about the pain or what the end result was. Â I had read reviews about Amy and decided to finally have the courage and go ahead with Amy and soon realized that waiting and doing a little research had paid off. Â Amy was so kind, she even came in on her day off as I was flying in from Canada and wanted it to be done while I was on vacation. Â The first thing you notice when you go into her shop is how clean and neat everything is. She puts you at ease and listens to you as you explain what you hope to achieve and at the same time she gives her suggestions....end result fantastic. Â The whole process from start to finish was just under 2 hours, she starts with the topical freezing cream and then she methodically started on my eyeliner, she kept going over and over and would stop and look and then get me to look and ask what I thought and then she would make a suggestion and continue.....she would even measure to make sure it was PERFECT!!! Â
I left there and was able to drive and was a little swollen but went out for dinner and took an Advil and was fine.  The next day there was a little swelling, but what can you expect when that area is so sensitive.  I put the cream on my eyes like Amy suggested and followed her rules and she said by day 3 my eyes would be fine and sure enough she was right.  I used the cream for 5 days and did not get any scabs only just great looking eyeliner.  I get compliments where ever I go....so don't hesitate anymore and go and get it done.....I roll out of bed in the morning and hardly have to spend 5 minutes on my make up.  Thank you so much Amy for  making my life so much easier, as I was really struggling with my eyeliner every morning as I wear glasses and would have to apply and then put my glasses on and half the time I scared myself as I thought I looked great and then when I put my glasses on I could see where I had missed or was too thick or just plain crooked :-)
It has been a month since I have been home and Amy called me to see how I was doing and told her how much I loved my eyes. Â Thank you Amy!!!!!!
If I love anything on my face-- it would have to be my eyebrows. Finally, I have found someone who can perfect them every single time!
Amy is such a sweetheart. She is patient, honest and very caring. She isn't all about money and time-- she actually likes conversing! She doesn't overbook herself just to get more money. In fact, she spends a great deal of time drawing in your eyebrows until you are completely satisfied with them (she even asks for your input and accepts it freely without getting butthurt). My whole appointment took a little over an hour and a half.
Through out the tattooing, Amy kept checking up on me to see if she needed to add more numbing gel. I mean, it's a tattoo so of course some level of pain is to be expected. But I tend to have ultra sensitive skin so she did everything she could to make it less painful.
Amy's salon is very sanitary and free of clutter. To add to the clean setting, she has soothing music playing in the background-- talk about "perfect" ambiance for getting a tattoo! Â
To put things into perspective, about 5 years ago I had my eyebrows tattooed for the first time at a different salon. My eyebrows started out looking great-- but over time they began to fade into a purple tone at the ends of my tails and pinkish tone at random places throughout the tattoo. My eyebrows also began looking patchy so when I filled in my brows, I had to carefully fill in only the bald spots. It was kind of difficult because if I just drew lines over the bald and hair-filled areas, my eyebrows would then look too fake and done up.
So, thank you, Amy, for fixing the purple/pink/patchy remnants of the double-tailed tattoo I received from a different salon 5 years ago and giving me the perfect eyebrows I've always wanted!
I did a lot of researches on eyebrow embroidery and decided to go with Amy bc I like her porfolio. I've seen so many bad ones so I was really scared but so glad I picked Amy. She did a great job! My eyebrows look so natural and you cannot tell that it's tattooed at all! She used the feather/embroidery technique so you won't be able to see the harsh lines like the one in the traditional tattoo. I always had to draw in my brows every morning and the shapes varies everyday. Sometimes it takes me 15 minutes drawing them and they still look bad. Now I have perfect eyebrows every time of the day. I should have done this years long time. The price is a bit high but it's worth it bc it's on my face. Amy is the best!
Review Source:I wanted to see how good threading was in Hong Kong since I somehow got the impression that it was better than the states. Â BIG MISTAKE. Â The lady I went to made my eyebrows uneven and I had to wait a month for it to grow back. Â Then I came to Amy and she fix it right up. Â I don't think I'll trust anyone else with my eyebrows anymore.
Review Source:Amy took the time to fix me up again after neglecting my brows while traveling. I was interested to see the before and after pics she has displayed for eyebrow tattooing too. Wow! What a difference. She is a true artist and very good at shaping. I have been to Bebe/ Bibi and also to  Bloomingdales here in SF  for eyebrow shaping but Amy is now my favorite. I'll definitely be back.
Review Source:I got my eyebrow tattoo yesterday. Amy is so nice and patient. I found her from the internet when I was doing research about #D eyebrow. After reviewing her website, I felt like I found the right place for my eyebrow tattii after months of research.
She will not rush it, instead she takes time drawing the brows untill its perfect and even. I think it was worth the money.
Perfection alright!! Â I've been coming to Amy for over a year now, I was referred to her from a GF that has perfect eyebrows. Â Previously my eyebrows were arched too high (thanks to the threading ladies at the mall). Â I went to Amy for help, and she was a bit shocked to see how bad my brows were. Â No offense, I knew they were bad. Â Now. she's trained them to sit lower, a bit fuller and so much sexier. Â Sure I have to fill in here and there for the POW look, but its 10x better. Â I go to her every 3-4 weeks for a tune-up, and I leave looking so purty :)
I just got the 3D eyebrows, and I love, love, love them. Â I don't have to take the time in the morning to fill them in anymore. Â I wake up looking fresh and ready to conquer the day! Â Thanks again Amy.
My god mother recommended for my mom and I to come here to see a lady named Amy for us to get our eyebrows done. My mom had her eyebrows tattooed over 10years now and was in need for a touch up. As for me, I got tired of drawing in my eyebrows everyday, so I decided to get them done.
Let me tell you:
A- amazing!!
M- master artist!!
Y- yes!!! Definitely go to her for your eyebrows!!!
Amy is wonderful, patient and a perfectionist. She first shaded in my brows to see which would suit my face. She took her time in perfecting it so that each brow was symmetrical. She made sure that I was positive if I wanted the brow to look the way it did. Finally after shading it to the way I wanted it, Amy got all her equipment out and showed me that everything was new and cleansed.
She first added numbing cream onto my eyebrows and waited about ten minutes so that the numbing cream would work. Then she started working on my brows. The first few minutes did hGurt a bit but you'll get use to the pain. From time to time she would pause to see if I was doing okay. After the whole procedure, she made some last final touches to perfect it. She also provided some Vaseline cream for me to apply onto my eyebrows.
Amy informed me on how I needed to take care of my eyebrows in order for it to last. She was very informative and professional.
My mom had a wonderful experience with Amy. My mom originally went to face plus years ago but had a horrible time there.
My mom and I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone whose interested in permanent make-up!
PERMANENT MAKE UP - Â (Eyebrow Tattoo) Â - by Amy Chan is professional, down to earth and just plain nice, LOVE HER! She keeps everything very clean and uncluttered. (I've seen her dust her lamps and machine and sterilize her tools, before, during and after my session, she also uses disposal needles and materials). Â I had PERMANENT MAKE UP - EYE BROW Embroidery/Planting done last year. Â Absolutely Beautiful!!! LOVE IT! Â It is not harsh looking ... she draws in lines to your eye brows, which looks VERY NATURAL. (The color goes on very dark at first and then after a week, it will fade to the look you want). She also customizes the color to match your hair color. My friends had this done by Amy 6 years ago and it still looks great. Amy has a small album of before and after pictures of the permanent make up (lip liner, lip tinting, eyebrows, eyeliner) that she's done on clients. So check that out! Â It was also very resoanably priced!!!
THANKS AMY for making my eye brows so beautiful!!!!!
This is my review on  Permanent Eyeliner:
I had Permanent EYELINER (Top lid only) done by Amy. Love it!! As always, she is meticulously clean and organized when she sets up her equipment. I saw her sanitize her work area, before she starts.
She designed a line that fits my natural eye shape. I had ask Amy to do a very subtle flick at the end of the eyeliner and it looks fabulous! She did a great job making the eyeliner look even and drawed it close to my lash line. Friends heard that I had this done and made a point to stare at my eyes. I had many many many many compliments. It is beautiful!!! And now I skip a step to my daily make up routine!!! LOVE IT!
I have been going to Amy for the past 7 years and I do NOT let anyone else touch my eyebrows or face. The times I did veer away from AMY (sorry, AMY), I totally regret it. Â AMY I am never going astray again!!!!! LOVE YOU!!!!!!
One Last thing: She has a host of facial services too!!!!!!!!!
