Really cool shop. Doesn't feel seedy or stuffy. Staff is awesome and super knowledgable.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted immediately. I have had an industrial for 10 years and the bottom never really healed. Staff helped troubleshoot and we came to the conclusion that the angles were funky and putting pressure on the bottom. They gave me several options and I chose to remove the bottom part.
Since I decided to keep the top, they provided great jewelry options. Super happy and satisfied with the entire process!
They also have a ton of gorgeous jewelry too. Love the display cases!
I was all about this place for a while. Facilities are clean, service seems good, and the jewelry they sell is stunning. However, they really screwed me over a few times. First, I got my nose pierced by them and told the piercer that I'd like to replace the initial stud with a tight, thin hoop after it healed. He pierced it so high up that no hoop, even custom-made, could ever work! I didn't think that was too big a deal - I lived with it.
What really got me was when I gave them a 24 carat gold and ruby nose stud from India (a beautiful gift) so they could find someone to make the gauge smaller. I called them every month or so after I gave it to them to check up and they said it'd just be a bit longer. I kept calling, calling, and finally, every month became every few months, and after all of that, I finally just stopped calling - they said they didn't know what I was even talking about. A few years later, I was visiting the store when I brought it up. They said that the jeweler had unfortunately died in a tragic accident (obviously not their fault!). But they SENT MY CONTACT PAPERS with my JEWELRY and did NOT MAKE COPIES, so they could NOT CONTACT ME for years about this really nice nose stud!! They had all but convinced me that I was crazy and had never even given it to them just a year beforehand.
They offered to make it up to me by ordering a custom belly button stud (not NEARLY as expensive as what I gave them, but I decided it was fine considering the circumstances of the jeweler's death). It was supposed to take a month, but it's been two and a half! Whenever I call, I am told that I will be called back, and am NOT. Their professional attitude does NOT carry over to their business or their art.

UPDATE: I have received the navel jewelry (months after the expected date) and it is not the jewelry that Emily and I had discussed at least two times. Really, really unprofessional.
