Called to find out what time they opened was told they opened at 11am on Saturday. Thanked him and arrived Saturday at 11am.
They were closed, i waited until someone arrived at 12:15 and he told me to come back in a half hour.
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
Parking sucked, it was not easy to find parking

First of all, poor apprentice Ryan; getting flustered because of a smile! I'm kidding, though it was fun to see the dynamics of this shop which is very happy and friendly.

I came in to get my lip ring changed to a labret stud. They had the same odd issue as my original piercer had with my lip but when all is said and done, they did a great job changing my 16 gauge to a 14 gauge. Great customer service, great atmosphere -- all round good experience.
