If I could give a negative 10 review, I would! Â I came to this shop after driving all the way from Alpharetta to get a belly button piercing and encountered the rude disgusting attitude and treatment of a female staff( long brown hair). I came with my husband and 15 yr old daughter to share an occasion I've worked hard to lose 15lb to experience. The moment we stepped into the door we were not greeted with a "welcome to our shop" but instead with a loud, rude "how old is she?" "We don't allow kids in the shop!" I kindly asked the age limit after and before telling her that my daughter was 15 and was not getting a piercing. She then looked at my daughter and loudly asked for an ID...from a 15 year old who isn't even driving! I looked at her like she was crazy and asked what 15 yr old do you know with ID? She isn't getting the piercing I am and she is sitting out in the waiting area. At that time a nice guy started speaking to me professionally and kindly saying that there was a policy and the books have pics that are inappropriate for a minor so that was the concern. He also said the policy said that less than 12 wasnt allowed in. I again reiterated that she was 15 and told him that I understood and that my husband would sit with her but then the female staff who looks like a tall man with long hair rudely tells me that either my daughter sit outside while I get pierced or that I can leave! Then said that she was the one doing the piercing! As if to say "you wouldn't want to piss me off because I'm dealing with sharp objects on you!" The kind gentleman tried to calm the situation but she continued to be belligerent and was very argumentative. Â I left to get my piercing somewhere else and the treatment was wonderful and my 15 year old wasn't made to leave the shop. Â For a first time experience in the tattoo world, this was a horrible experience and it was obvious that when I notified the owner and nothing was done to resolve the situation, that customer service is not important at this shop. Â I wouldnt recommend anyone I cared about go here.
Review Source:Terrible service! Terrible business ethics! We booked our appointment (with someone named Brian) days in advance and paid a cash deposit for it. Â We get to our appointment 15 minutes before schedule. Â 30 minutes after waiting, and not being informed ANYTHING, we inquire and find out that "they're running a bit late and it will be another 30 minutes". Â After more questions, we were stunned to find out that they took a walk-in at 6pm, which was now running over. Â Really?? The least they could have done is called us and informed us. Â Yes, it's hard to predict how long a tattoo might take, but if you can't respect your customers and MAYBE give them a heads up to respect their time, that's terrible business on your part. Â Moreover, you're entertaining a walk-in client over someone that has taken the time to book an appointment with you days in advance. Â Bottom line is that my appointment was for a small tattoo and they probably had someone walk-in who gave them more business. Just shows what they value most.
We got a refund and found another location that valued us and our time.
I just got my 4th tattoo, which is also my second by Rob Knight at Timeless Tattoo. Rob is extremely talented and was able to help me create exactly what I wanted. Every person who works in the shop has been kind and helpful. There are fancier shops around, and ones that are much closer to my home, but I returned to Rob at Timeless because I knew he would be able to create a design that I loved and to make a flawless tattoo. If you're going to have something on your body forever, get something you love and get it done by someone with uncompromised skill. You will find exactly that, at Timeless.
