Review Source:I ordered Moroccan Henna over online. After  paid PAYPAL $39, I received email that it is out of stock but they are willing to pay me back the amount I paid.
They paid me back, but instead $39, they paid me $32. I didn't know the product is out of stock, and they should be listed on the website if the product is not available.
Instead, I had to pay $7 for nothing?????
I am asking to pay me buck full amount I have paid. This is ridiculous.
I had a wonderful experience with Lisa, who did my bridal henna and henna for many guests at a wedding event. Â Lisa really understood the look I was going for, and her work was beautiful. Â My in-laws really know henna, and they were all highly impressed by Lisa's work. Â It also meant a lot to me that Lisa was calm and gracious with all my wedding guests-- she helped me feel relaxed during a stressful time. Â Thanks Lisa!
Review Source:My family had the pleasure of meeting Kenzi and having henna done by her last year on our trip to NYC. Â I sought her out and made an appointment at a coffee shop so that my two young kids could wander with my husband while I got some henna done.
We sipped coffee, giggled, and chatted while she expertly drew a complicated and intricate Moroccan design on my hand. Â I was in awe of how she pulled this fantastic piece of art out of her head and laid it down on my hand, making my chubby paw look downright glamorous. Â Her paste smelled divine and was home made, a huge plus for a henna snob like me. Â It stained a gorgeous deep brown color that stayed for weeks on the back of my hand.
When my husband came back in with the kids, Kenzi drew a little doodle on my 2 year old's hand and then cuddled with my 6 month old baby. Â She was just a delight to be around - so sweet and bubbly. Â I've never seen my 2 year old hold so still for so long; she wanted her henna from Kenzi to come out perfectly.
I found out earlier this year that she and another artist named Nic Cartier published a book about Moroccan henna art. Â I bought the book and am so happy with it... the instructions, history, and photos are all beautiful and brilliant. Â The book is called Moor, a Henna Atlas of Morocco. Â If you're a henna buff, you should look into buying a copy!
Next time we are anywhere near New York, I'm giving her a call for sure. Â How cool is it to get henna from a published author who also a joy to be around?
Kenzi was the hit of the baby shower I threw for my sister! Â The guests varied from young to old, from novice henna-ers to experienced and all were thrilled with their tattoos. Â The best part was how gorgeous my sister's stomach was for her last few weeks of pregnancy. Â Kenzi was reliable, patient and extremely professional!
Review Source:Kenzi did the henna on my hands and feet for my wedding. She did a really a good job and the ink turned out really well. Everyone even strangers were raving about how nice it looked that I should get it permanently! It lasted for a couple weeks, slightly less for my feet, but that's because I went to the beach after the wedding and the salt water washed it off after 3 days. Kenzi made the experience very relaxed and her designs are a real work of art. The whole experience actually de-stressed my bridesmaids and I and it became a bonding experience.
Review Source:As a fellow henna sister, I recently had the pleasure of being hennaed by Kenzi during her recent trip to San Francisco. What a treat! She is truly an expert at what she does! When you say you can't even draw a straight line, damn right you can't, but Kenzi can and does! It's amazing to watch the design unfold before you. I am not kidding when I say I received more compliments on the design that she did for me than any of the designs I've done on myself! Â Also, because of her passion and time spent in Morocco, Â Kenzi has a special skill - Moroccan style henna! I have met very few artists who comprehend the nuances of the traditional Moroccan motifs, and not only does Kenzi understand, but she takes it to a whole new level. She also does henna for events, brides, and parties, and even for Erykah Badu! So, if you happen to be in Brooklyn, it is a MUST that you book an appointment with Henna by Kenzi so you can see what top-notch henna artistry is all about. 5 stars!
