I walked in for a simple tattoo and came out with a disaster. Nothing about the tattoo was good and to top it all off the Roman numerals weren't even in line with each other. I even went back and when I showed the artist who did it he acted like there was nothing wrong with it. Never going back. Having it redone elsewhere.
Review Source:I should've done my research on piercings before I went to do this, but nothing -too- terrible has happened, so I'm not that upset, but my experience here could have been exponentially better.
I went in to get a helix (cartilage) piercing. 4 of them.
I paid up front - 5 bucks per piercing. Not bad right?? Maybe thats what blinded me to everything else.
A smallish light skinned hispanic girl got me in a chair. She sterilized my ear and after telling her where I wanted the piercing did all four of them quick as a whistle. But she used a gun (and i let her, I know I know.)
She said I was done, not to use any type of alcohol or q tips to clean my ear and that I was free to go.
I wasn't told how to clean it, or given any sort of liquid to help do it. All she told me was some stuff NOT to do without telling me what I should do.
Now I've got these 4 studs in - which hurt like hell (and would've anyway but still...)
Though one of the studs bleeds a little, I'm almost certain that my cartilage wasn't shattered and I didn't have a blow out, but I'm making plans to see another piercer about switching my studs for something more comfortable and easy to clean.
To it's credit though, the store is large and clean.
