So I went today to get my cartilage pierced after going last night only to find its cash only, but  Charlie was great! I brought my own piercing and he sterilized it and the piercing was quick and pretty much painless. He gave me great advice in how to clean it properly, about other piercings I could consider and also advised me to get Titanium piercings instead of stainless steel. I will definitely be back for more!

PS. Don't be fooled by its outside appearance its very clean and everything was sterilized in front of me!

This was our first tattoo experience.  We went to all the tattoo places up and down Westheimer asking questions and advise.  Perry was the first and ONLY artist to start looking for what we wanted immediately and help us make a choice.  Our tats came out beautiful and we just couldn't be happier.  We walked out making plans for what we wanted to do next!!

I have never been disappointed with Bombshell. I've had both a tattoo and piercing done and seen a half sleeve, two other smaller tattoos, and 6 piercings done on close friend and family.

The shop itself is one of the nicest I've seen. It's super spacious and very, very clean. Which I like in a place that will poke needles in me.

My favorite artist has to be Vince. Of the tattoos I've had done and seen, he's done three. He's great at making people comfortable with what he's doing, he's an incredibly listener and knows precisely how to make your vision into a tattoo.

My sister goes to see Patrick and she loves him. His linework is always really crisp and clean, even though my sister gets a lot of precise work done.

Vince made the experience here at bombshell for me! It was my first tattoo, and I was really nervous, but he made sure to explain in detail everything about the process! I loved how clean his studio was and how passionate he was about his art on the wall... he transforms guitars in to really meaningful pieces of art, so beautiful! Anyway, most people wouldn't pay the $60 for the tattoo I got due to the small size, but I was willing to pay top dollar for something that was going to be on my body the rest of my life, and I knew getting a tattoo from Vince was so worth it... and it was! I love it, and get to see it everyday, I really couldn't be more happy! Thank you so much Vince, please don't retire when that notebook gets full :]

Nice and clean I'd give 5 stars but both my artist are gone. I've gotten four tatts here not bad on price.

First visit was a good one- I was a walk-in and knew exactly what i wanted from a picture, so there wasnt really any "creative" room, but my artist, Alex, took his time and had good attention to detail- Gave my tattoo an almost 3D/ embossed look, which was exactly what i was going for. I'd go back again.

I'm all healed up now so I can more fully comment on the quality of my tattoo.  Sadly, there's a little bit of blowout on the line work, which is when the ink runs underneath the skin and creates blurred lines instead of sharp, crisp ones.  Wrists are notorious for being susceptible to blowout, and I knew this, but the artist should've pointed this out.  Blowout also occurs when an artist uses too heavy a touch on a tattoo, so the problems with the tattoo might also be due to this fact.

The solid color contained within the linework is blotchy and uneven, and there are some spots that were never covered in the first place.  I also realized that I never received aftercare instructions--not a problem for me, since I baby my tattoos, but it'd been over a year since my last so I really should've gotten the reminder.  My regular artist won't let you leave the door without aftercare instructions, whether it's your first or your fifteenth.

I'll be needing a touch-up, and though generally you can get touch-ups for free from the original artist, I have to say I'll probably be getting a different artist to fix it.  Kinda sucks that I'm going to have to essentially pay double for something that should've been done right in the first place, but I didn't get work that was totally uncorrectable, at least.

i got my second tattoo here, along with my little bro who received his first. our artist, rick, was great, and did some really detailed work on both of us. the place was super-clean and the pricing was pretty typical of what you'd expect for some ink. i'd recommend anyone to this place, and if i ever decide to add on to my small collection, i'll be back myself.

Voted Best Tattoo Parlor in Houston for 2006 and while my artist Brett Osborne was employed here he received the award of Best Tattoo Artist in Houston for 2007, both from Houston Press. I've never seen someone get bad work from anyone here.

The studio is broken down to small 'offices' for each artist to have their own private and personal space. Very clean and spa like atmosphere with knowledgeable staff and talented artists that give high quality work at the right price. It's hard to miss seeing it's conveniently located next door to Poison Girl .

Perfect for getting some gorgeous ink then walking next door for a brew to celebrate.
